Welcome to the Brookes Restaurant at the Elms, a Queen Anne manor house built in 1710 and set in a magical landscape within the Worcestershire countryside. Romel Best, our Head Chef, has a passion for fine dining and creating surprising dishes utilising our fabulous Kitchen Garden to the maximum. With extensive experience within the United Kingdom, Romel shapes our modern British menu with first-hand knowledge as well as a clear vision. Romel has worked in an array of established kitchens including the Michelin star restaurant, Foliage within the Mandarin Oriental in London and the famous Bar Boulud before moving onto the Michelin star restaurant Turners of Harborne. We are delighted to present you our dinner menu which reflects our character and unique personality and we do hope you will enjoy the dishes that have been created with passion.
