The Children’s Center Wish List Due to Infection Control, we cannot accept any used toys of any kind. This includes stuffed animals that have not been played with but have been displayed on shelves in a home.
The following are suggestions for Individual or Group Service Learning Projects: •
Individual activity bags for children (coloring sheets or books, markers, crayons, stickers, etc)
•
Individual “ready to make craft kits”-‐ please include directions and all materials
•
Picture files-‐magazine pictures cut and categorized (people, food, places, sports, etc) for use in art activities
•
Toiletry kits (for parents or young adult patients)-‐include items such as toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, soap, shampoo, conditioner.
The Children’s Center Wish List •
Patient Dolls-‐ Plain, solid, and neutral colored fabric dolls, stuffed with polyester filling. Dolls should not have facial features or clothing. We use large quantities of the dolls for teaching and medical play with children. The dolls dimensions should be 17 x 11 to accommodate teaching needs
