CVG-M Compact Video Gateways for Body-Worn Applications The CVG-M is a light weight and extremely compact video gateway with minimal power consumption and great a feature set for carry-on-body video streaming applications. It is ideal for police and other security applications that require remote oversight of individual officers/personnel in the field, and extends the capacity of control centers to visually confirm real-time events happening in an officer’s immediate personal vicinity. The CVG-M has support for up to two cameras and comes with an internal 3G GSM quad-band module for high quality live streaming of audio and video. It utilizes SerVision’s protocol for low bitrate video transmissions to enable live streaming from areas with poor reception or low level cellular infrastructure, and it has a removable micro SD card (4-64GB) for local storage of high quality recordings. The CVG-M also comes with built-in GPS, an optional built-
in G-Force sensor, one activator, and a sensor input that can be reserved for use with a panic button. It can be customfitted into vests and jackets for all types of wearable CCTV applications.
