Customer service solutions
THE ENCOREPRO 500 SERIES: AT-A-GLANCE Let your Customer Service superheroes soar while your business stays on solid ground with the EncorePro family of headsets. Your people will appreciate the choice of wearing styles, the superior noise-canceling technology, and its cutting-edge design. Superior audio quality means callers will feel they have a clear voice at the table. When connected with softphones, Plantronics® technology delivers powerful insights to make your whole operation more efficient and keep your brand reputation right where it should be — on the rise. BOOM PLACEMENT AND DESIGN • Marks for visual guidance ensure correct boom placement. The boom is also intuitively bendable with visible ribbing to help Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) optimally position the noise-canceling microphone two fingers away from the corner of the mouth. • Custom noise-canceling microphone suppresses sounds from other directions and frequencies not associated with the human voice for clearer calls. Contextual information
DESIGNED FOR ALL-DAY WEARING • Forward-looking design combines aesthetic appeal with all-day comfort. The combination of high-quality custom polymers and structurally employed metals creates designs that are thoroughly robust, yet up to 22% lighter. CSRs will feel confident wearing them all day long, and the Quick Disconnect feature enables them to step away from their desk easily without removing the headset. • Laser-welded construction and metal joints provide durability. The EncorePro Family was tested for extreme reliability. For example, the EncorePro cable was flexed more than 200,000 times without failure. ACOUSTIC TUNING FOR WIDEBAND AUDIO • Expanded frequency response with wideband audio reduces audio fatigue and improves intelligibility. • SoundGuard technology limits the volume of events to below 118 dBSPL to protect CSRs from loud sounds. CONTEXTUAL INFORMATION FOR AUDIO AND SERVICE QUALITY MANAGEMENT • The new Plantronics DA Series will work with Plantronics Hub to capture and communicate events occurring in the CSR’s world. Examples might be an acoustic shock event, or perhaps when a customer and a CSR talk over each other, or when poor audio quality is detected, or simply when the CSR activates Mute or uses the Quick Disconnect. These events are expressed through an API that developers and our contact center alliance partners are leveraging to automate processes, provide alerts, or make their own systems smarter. • With Plantronics Manager, IT Managers will be able to configure and control Plantronics Hub settings centrally across the service center, as well as distribute and install Plantronics software updates as they become available. Later, it will become possible to assign individual headsets to individual CSRs, and to remotely see warranty status as using date of first use, rather than date of manufacture. • The new DA Series and these capabilities will be progressively introduced during 2015. The DA80 with Plantronics Hub software to automated screen locking on QD disconnect is available now.
ENCOREPRO 510/520 LEAVE A LASTING IMPRESSION
The all-new generation of over-the-head headsets now comes with a range of features to enhance the all-day audio experience. NEXT-GENERATION NOISE-CANCELING BOOM • The unibody boom and custom mic are tuned for voice frequencies and rejection of background noise. The intuitively flexible boom provides tactile positioning feedback to help CSRs move the boom into correct position each and every time — bad boom positioning is the #1 cause of poor noise-canceling performance and an unsatisfactory caller experience. QUALITY ENGINEERING • Proprietary materials, laser-welded construction and aircraftgrade aluminum joints deliver unbeatable toughness and reliability. Lightweight and stylish for all-day wearing. For example, the EncorePro 520 is 22% lighter than the most popular headset in the class. It is a headset CSRs will wear with pride and in comfort.
