Mandatory $250 refundable clean up deposit. Third party is to arrive a minimum of 1 hour prior to event start time. Caterer must provide appropriate staffing for proper food service. Hotel is not responsible for the service or replenishment of food. Room decorations must be approved by the hotel and must be setup, and torn down by group prior to and following event. Accessibility to room is 2 hours prior to the event. Additional Prefunction Space Rental: Great American Grill/Lounge: $1000++, Homewood Lodge: $750++, Sugarloaf Room: $250++, Homewood Lodge & Sugarloaf Room: $900++ .
