7 date formats are supported (see the following page). 2 time formats are supported (hh:mm:ss and hh:mm). The field separator is the character that is used to separate the various fields of the output file. 8 different separators can be selected. By enabling the Format option, you can hold the Function Button (small button) for 10 seconds to clear the contents of the KeyBatch™. The default quantity field size is 6 characters. This can be changed from 1 to 8 characters. Note: If Quantity is included all duplicate scans will increment in the quantity field. If you need duplicate scans to show on separate lines, do not include Quantity in the scanner setup (4 output fields instead of 5). Example: Scan Barcode in field 1, Serial in field 2, Time in field 3, Date in field 4, and in field 5. This will remove Quantity and allow duplicate scans on separate rows. Each record can contain up to 5 fields (barcode, date, time, quantity, and serial number). The output sequence can be customized by scanning up to 5 labels in the corresponding sequence field. By not specifying “Quantity”, each barcode will be stored separately in the database. The “Barcode” field is required. Example: If you only want “Barcode” and “Date”, scan Barcode in field 1, Date in field 2, and for fields 3-5.
