The dome features 360° continuous rotation on gold slip rings and features high-speed precision control with electronic braking from 0.1°/second to 400°/second. Whilst the optical zoom ratio is 18x, due to the extra thickness of the acrylic, the useable optical zoom ratio is 12x.
