Basic gate control is a basic transducer for gate opening and closing functions and can be adapted to any gate already installed on the premises.
Light barriers for drive-through check: optional expansion of the gate control of the second gate of the gantry car washes. Thermostat for precise regulation of the ambient temperature. Depending on the values measured, the gate remains open or is closed automatically when temperatures become too low. Power cable connecting the thermostat for temperature-de pendent operating mode switching to the gate control.

Prevents the plant and vehicles from suffering any damage caused by temperatures below 0°C. In case of frost, the machine will stop the operation of further washes and will start a sequential blow out. Hoses, the water distributor and spray tubes will be emptied. Additionally, outlet valves which are located at bottom level of the water distributor open up after all water has been blown out. Thus possible water residue is prevented from causing any damage. The necessary compressed air needs to be supplied on site. There are two options regarding the frost protection: With a manual switch the operator gives the signal to blow out the basic machine.
