Dual Purpose Layer — Thermally Conductive and Electrically Isolating Saint-Gobain ThermaCool® TC3008 for EV is our highest performing thermally conductive material, designed to move the maximum amount of heat from your prismatic cell module to the cooling plate. A soft, ceramic-filled silicone elastomer typically supplied with a PET release liner on both sides, TC3008 is intrinsically tacky and has excellent compression performance over a wide range of stack up tolerances with minimal force applied to component parts. TC3008 for EV can be supplied with a fabric or film on one side for additional support during handling and assembly. ThermaCool TC3008 for EV is specially designed to provide the following features: • Thermal conductivity = 3.0 W/mK • Extreme electrical isolation > 250 volts • UL listing simplifies completed electronic system approval (94 V-0) • Soft and compliant gap filler with excellent thermal performance • Optional support using fabric or PET film • Fabric support provides good cut resistance for high abuse applications

Important Instructions
• Because Saint-Gobain cannot anticipate or control every potential application, we strongly recommend testing of this product under individual application conditions prior to commercial use. • Product is pliable; caution should be used during die-cutting and packaging not to disform the material. Release liners are removed during installation.
Shelf Life
