Thermodynamic Solar system Energy Panel  The thermodynamic solar systems for DHW and heating are based on heat pump systems with solar use, able to capture solar energy to heat water in an efficient and environmentally friendly way with very low consumption compared to conventional systems. WORKING PRINCIPLE 7 1.The refrigerant fluid at low-temperature (which may be below 0 ° C) circulates through the thermodynamic panel. The fluid absorbs the solar and ambient radiation collected by the panel. The temperature difference caused by external agents such as sun, rain or wind ensures the fluid to gasify. 2. The compressor sucks the hot gas and compresses it, raising its temperature and pressure. 3. The fluid enters the condenser, consisted of the coil which surrounds the reservoir (supply security), where the energy is transmitted from the fluid to the water inside. 4. With high pressure and after living large part of its heat to the condenser, the refrigerant reaches the expansion valve in the liquid phase again. This is a reduction in pressure which causes fluid to be able to enter the panels RENEWABLE  ENERGY FROM  SOLAR RADIATION SHW BUFFER TANK RENEWABLE ENERGY  FROM AMBIENT SHW EXPANSION VALVE ENERGY  TRANSFERRED  TO THE WATER CONDENSER THERMODYNAMIC SOLAR PANEL 1 COMPRESSOR 2 Thermodynamic solar panel 8 •Manufactured in aluminium sheet •From Roll Bond manufacturing •Evaporator function •Reduced weight: aprox. 8 kg •Unfolded dimensions: 2 x 0,995 m •Recommended colour: black •Special design to prevent oil retention. •Vertical or horizontal position. •One smooth side panel Thermboil: domestic series 9 Series E Series E+I Series I THERMBOIL Charasteristics  Storage tank in inox.  Compact unit, lacquered iron casing.  High efficiency compressor.  Ecological fluid R134a.  Aluminium condenser, external.  Isolation by polyurethane injected 40 kg/m3.  Protection systems to high pressures and operating temperatures.  Thermostatic expansion valve  Electrical auxiliary system.   Optional heat recovery system for rooms with high thermal load. Non maintenance. Non-combustible which will not corrode. Non-toxic. Easy to detect leaks. High heat of evaporation. Chemiquelly stable under different pressures and temperatures. Does not freeze. The safety high switch pressure is opened. Cold fluid circulates inside the panel and therefore unaffected by hard water, lime, rust, etc.. Energy capturing, day and night, on cloudy days, rainy, even snowy, to - 5 ° C. TRADITIONAL SOLAR PANEL: Classical solar panels have the following inconveniences:  Difficulty integration architecture.  High weight; around 45/60 kg per panel.  Heat captation by one side.  Stop operating in the absence of the sun.  They need an alternative source of energy when most needed.  Continuous maintenance.  Fragility.  Freezing risk.  Risk of overheating in summer. (Important for unusual homes).  Possible obstructions in hard water areas (presence of lime in the water). 27 Regulation: Technical Code for Building Construction 27 Regulation: EN 16147 CETIAT 28 INSTALLATIONS 29 Housing at ITALY THERMBOIL 200 LITRES INSTALLATIONS 30 Pool heating at Spain 600 m3 INSTALLATIONS 31 HOTEL at Panama   5.000 LITRES GTC40 INSTALLATIONS 32 Car-wash Carrero at Lucena  THERMBOIL 500 E INSTALLATIONS 33 Pulp plant at CHILE   2.500 LITRES 5 x THERMBOIL 500 E INSTALLATIONS 34 Warehouse / Offices at BELGIUM  GTC12  HEATING AND DHW INSTALLATIONS 35 Warehouse / Offices at THE NETHERLANDS  GTC12 High Temperature  HEATING AND DHW INSTALLATIONS 36 DHW at McDonald’s -SPAIN Thermboil 500 Litres INSTALLATIONS 37 Camping at SPAIN  2.000 LITRES  GTC12 THANKS
