THERMOSTATS Thermostats RTE 102/104 RTEV 102/104/102V RTEV 302 RTEV 202/204 Electronic thermostats Setting of temperature on the RTE 102/104 is done on the circuit board under the housing to prevent unauthorised persons from changing the selected temperature. Thermostats are designed to control heat directly or to be used as sensors in larger centrally controlled facilities. RTEV 102/104 is equipped with a dial for setting the temperature. The setting range can be limited on the back of the dial and the thermostat can be calibrated there as well, if necessary. RTEV 102V is also equipped with an alternating relay and can therefore be used for the regulation of heating or cooling. External sensors mounted in ventilation ducts or the floor can also be connected. Type 128 Voltage RTEV 202/204 has a function switch for on/off connection as well as the optional connection of external sensors. A fixed temperature reduction of 4ºC can be activated by an externally connected contact, such as a weekly timer. The setting range can be limited and calibrated on the setting dial. RTEV 302 also has a built-in clock function in addition to the dial and the option of connecting external duct or floor sensors. The period for temperature reduction by 4ºC is 5, 7, 12, or 16 hours. The preferred period is set on the circuit board upon installation. The reduction period is activated by pushing the start button at the desired time of day. The clock is then set and the reduction period starts at that time every day automatically. An ongoing temperature reduction period can be interrupted with a push of the start button. The following day, the reduction period once again begins at the usual set time. THERMOSTATS KRT1900/1901 KRTV19 KRTE12 Capsulated Thermostats Capillary tube thermostats and electrical thermostats with alternating contacts Capillary tube thermostats with alternating contacts for the control of heaters and fans. The housing is of thermal plastic. Convertible between 230/400 V and approved for 16 A at 230 V and 10 A at 400 V. • KRT 1900/1901 both have internal dials but have different setting ranges. • KRTV 19 has an external dial with an adjustable stop for the maximum setting. Type Voltage [V] KRT1900 KRT1901 Electronic thermostats are not subject to mechanical wear. Thus, they are very reliable and have longer durability. A sensor on a 3 metres long cable is included with the KRTE 12 thermostat. The sensor can be placed anywhere or fixed directly on the thermostat. The cable is easily extendable. The KRTE 12 has an alternating contact and is approved for 10A at 230V. There are two types to choose from: • KRT 2800 with an adjustable temperature difference between the stages (1 - 4°C). • 40001 with a fixed temperature difference (2°C) between the stages. Both are convertible between 230/400V and approved for 16A at 230V and 10A at 400V.
