Three Year Limited Warranty TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY - YOU MUST PRESENT PROOF OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE General Warranty Promise: Futuro Futuro warrants to the original consumer purchaser of its products that such products will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. Who is Covered: The Futuro Futuro warranty is extended to the original purchaser of products purchased for ordinary home use in the 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. One Year Service Repair Warranty: For one year from the original date of purchase, Futuro Futuro will, at its option, replace or provide free of charge service labor to repair any failed parts or components due to manufacturing defects found under normal use and service. Three Year Parts Warranty: For three years from the original date of purchase, Futuro Futuro will provide free of charge, nonconsumable replacement parts which are found to be defective under normal use and service for all models manufactured after 02/01/2006. What is Not Covered: Service calls to correct the installation of your range hood, to instruct you how to use your range hood, to replace or repair house fuses or to correct house wiring. Consumable parts such as light bulbs and filters. Service outside of covered service area. Labor cost associated with the removal, shipping and reinstallation cost, or other contingent expenses. Chips, dents or cracks due to misuse, abuse or improper installation. Damage of products caused by accident, fire or act of God. The Warranty will be Voided if: Improper installation or failure to follow recommended installation instructions (i.e.: cutting the power chord plug). Product is damaged through negligence, misuse, abuse, accident. Product is repaired or altered by anyone other than Futuro Futuro's Authorized Agents. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state. For service under this Limited Warranty, please contact Futuro Futuro. At the time of requesting warranty service, you must present evidence of the original purchase date.
