Tips for Connecting Different Devices with ELEPHAS Projectors 1. Connecting to a VGA devices Use a VGA cable, after both your device and projector connected, please press “INPUT” or “SOURCE” button on the remote control or on the projector to select “VGA”. Such as PC, laptop, DVD player, X-BOX... 2. Connecting to a HDMI devices Use a HDMI cable, after both your device and projector connected, please press “INPUT” or “SOURCE” button on the remote control or on the projector to select “HDMI”. Such as firestick, chromecast, laptop, DVD player, X-BOX... 3. Connecting to a AV deices AV Supports formats: NTSC, PAL. After both your device and projector connected via 3 in 1 AV cable, please press “INPUT” or “SOURCE” button on the remote control or on the projector to select “AV”. 4. Connecting to a Android phone/ pad Check if your phone supports MHL function or not. If so, use a micro usb to HDMI mhl cable to connect projector. After both phone/pad and projector connected, please press “INPUT” or “SOURCE” button on the remote control or on the projector to select “HDMI”. Choose “mirror” function in your phone / pad to mirror things. 5.Connecting to Iphone/ Ipad/ Mac 1). Iphone / Ipad: use a lighting- VGA/ HDMI adapter to connect, also after both phone and projector connected by cable, please press “INPUT” or “SOURCE” button on the remote control or on the projector to select “VGA”/ “HDMI”. Choose “airplay mirror” function in your phone / pad to mirror things. If the screen can’t display, please open on the “personal hotspot” to check. 2). Mac: use a thunderbolt-VGA/ HDMI adapter to connect, also after both Mac and projector connected by cable, please press “INPUT” or “SOURCE” button on the remote control or on the projector to select “VGA”/ “HDMI”. Click the "Displays" icon on the menu bar in your MAC to adjust the settings for the projected image. 6. Connecting to USB or SD card Insert the USB or SD card into the correct port, and then press “INPUT” or “SOURCE” button on the remote control or on the projector to select “USB” or “SD”. Go back to the main page and select the part that you want to play. 7. Troubleshooting 1. The projector only project the desk background of your PC/ laptop Adjust the resolution of your device to be equal with resolution of the projector; Find the”multiple displays” in your PC/ laptop to select “duplicate these displays”. 2. Can’t get device connected with projector successfully Please check the cable that you use is functional or not.
