The adjustable features on the K203 range are: 1. Seat height adjustment by gas cylinder 2. Back height adjustment by finger lift ratchet. 3. Seat depth adjustment (optional). 4. Height and swivel adjustable armrests (optional). 5. Synchron tilt mechanism with tension adjustment and multi lock facility. The ergonomic features designed into the K203 chair include the unique plywood backrest with specific lumbar shaping to give the user firm back support, also included is the specially contoured seat with waterfall front edge. The height adjustable armrests include a pivoting feature, which allows them to turn 90°. By incorporating high quality, high resilient CMHR cushioning with the above features it has been found that this seating gives the maximum comfort for the widest proportion of users.
In order to have the K203 chair suit the greatest majority of users, there is a choice of three backrest heights available, medium back (MB), high back (HB) and extra high back (XHB) with optional headrest. Ergonomics and adjustability is a major feature of the K203 range. Ease of adjustability is immediately apparent, as all controls are close to hand in obvious proximity allowing the user to adjust the different functions. This in turn encourages the user to change posture during the work period and thereby sustain a healthy regime.
