The TM-C3400BK prints on a wide range of labels, tickets and wristbands
Print monochrome labels, tags and tickets with this compact desktop inkjet label printer. With smudge-free, light-fast and liquid-resistant ink, the printouts will be durable and secure even in demanding outdoor conditions. Compatible with a wide range of coated and non-coated media between 30 and 112mm wide, the TM-C3400BK uses Epson DURABrite Ultra Pigment ink to provide durable prints that resist smudging, fading, water and most other liquids, and can survive demanding storage conditions. As prints last for years, even in direct sunlight, the TM-C3400BK is ideal for use in mission critical applications, such as in laboratories or logistics. By using inkjet technology rather than thermal transfer, the TM-C3400BK doesn’t leave a mirror image of the printout on the thermal transfer ribbon, improving security for applications where data privacy is critical, such as healthcare or government institutions. Additionally, print quality is higher due to greyscale printing capabilities. To ensure the readability of barcodes and prevent misprints and dead pixels, the TM-C3400BK uses Epson’s automatic nozzle checking technology, Auto Ink Detection (AID), which senses nozzle clogs and fixes them before the label is printed. The Epson printer driver interface (EPDI), together with the included Windows® driver, can be easily integrated and controlled directly within applications.
