Top-class electric wall saws further improved – Husqvarna launches updated WS 482 HF and WS 440 HF models Higher productivity and easier handling. This is how users will find that Husqvarna have upgraded their powerful WS 482 HF and WS 440 HF electric wall saws. The new saws have improved electronics, more durable blade guards and both can now be conveniently controlled with a wireless remote control. the electrical power packs for the two saws have been equipped with brand new electronics, including new motherboards and new software. Among the outer modifications in the wall saws, are the new blade guards in aluminium, which are robust, durable and easy to handle. Another modification is that the WS 440 HF, as well as the WS 482 HF, can now be conveniently controlled with a new wireless remote control. Users can easily see all information on a 3.5 inch colour display. The remote control, which is equipped with logical menus, is easy to operate. s
The upgrade is in line with Husqvarna’s aim to always offer its customers innovative products that help increase user productivity and efficiency. “We have turned the saws inside out and made a range of improvements, which largely resulted in a completely new design. Operations can be performed using only a few buttons. All new parts and accessories are compatible with the existing WS 482 HF and WS 440 HF saws on the market. The new saws have been on sale since April.
WS 482 HF facts • The powerful, water-cooled electric motor generates an impressive 19 kW to the spindle, even though the saw weighs just 28 kg. •
