HSAJET® Industrial Printer Controller utilizes HP Thermal InkJet 2.5 technology The Touch Industrial Printer Controller (TIPC15) builds on the HSAJET® controller board (CBF) solution driving reliable HP TIJ 2.5 technology. The built-in controller board is PCI based and can control up to 2” of print height in any combination or orientation of 4 x ½" pens.

The comprehensive communication protocol allows you to control the unit remotely. Eight outputs allow for integration of the controller into the most complex systems.
The black anodised aluminium frame and steel case provide extra protection for harsh industrial environments.
Remote management is done through ethernet or serial connection.

All HSA software solutions provide the features needed for their respective markets; examples include database connectivity, vision system control and unique serialization capability. All HSA software solutions provide an easy to use, intuitive design.
Advanced software features Stitching accuracy down to pixel level means printable objects can be located anywhere on the canvas without limitation. All TIPC15 software packages offer flexible ink saving feature providing up to a 75% ink saving.
The availability of different print head styles makes the system usable in a variety of applications printing horizontally or vertically/down. The combination of hardware and software provides a powerful printing solution as a stand alone solution or as part of an integrated application.
