Global monitoring system
Easy maintenance access
Wacker Neuson telematics technology puts the efficiency metrics of your equipment right at your fingertips. Providing an overview of usage, operating time and machine condition, telematics ensures that your fleet is being properly maintained. In addition, our global monitoring system uses Geofence technology that allows you to determine the working area for the machine. If the excavator falls outside of these parameters, an alert is posted immediately via text or email.
The high level of productivity achieved with Wacker Neuson excavators is not the only benefit of their durable construction and reliable technology. Downtime is also reduced through the efficient design and convenient location of service points. Professional maintenance can be easily completed by our dealers’ technicians using genuine Wacker Neuson spare parts, further extending the life of your machines.
Advantages: • Reduction of maintenance costs • Theft protection • Insurance contribution savings (depends on country and insurance provider) • Easy management from desktop or mobile device • Increased resale value • Longer machine service life

Windshield innovation
Long service life
No matter what the weather, Wacker Neuson excavators are ready to get the job done. The two-piece sliding front windshield on many cab models allows for water, dust and wind protection when closed, as well as optimal ventilation and easy communication with the operator in the open position. If desired, both windows can be pushed up and secured below the cab roof, eliminating the need for removal and storage prior to operation.
High-quality results on the job site require equipment made with high-quality materials and a commitment to best-in-class manufacturing. Wacker Neuson delivers with a solid steel machine structure that is powder coated to provide protection from the rigors of daily use and corrosion. Large bolt diameters work in combination with steel bushings for long service life.
The lower window can slide behind the upper window, if necessary.
The upper front window can be pushed under the cab roof, while the lower window is used as splash protection.
The front windshield system is available for: ET16, ET20, EZ28, EZ38, EZ53, ET65, ET90, ET145, EW65, EW100 Both hydraulic and mechanical couplers are available.
The load sensing hydraulic system (LUDV) ensures consistent flow, regardless of RPM or load changes.
Climate controlled cabs ensure operator comfort in all conditions.
