CAST STEEL MOTOR MOUNTS At Spirit Fitness, we spend our money on quality, such as cast steel motor mounts. Why cast? We do not believe that a stamped steel motor mount will give the motor the secure mount that is required for a high quality treadmill. If the motor shifts, then the drive belt will loosen, affecting the feel of the belt and possibly causing it to slip. JOINT-FRIENDLY CUSHIONING SYSTEM Comfort is delivered through our spacious running surface design, ensuring even tall runners can enjoy their workout. With six cushions evenly distributing pressure throughout our running surface, they ensure less stress on your joints and keep you running longer.

This workhorse has a 22" x 60" workout area and a 4.0hp motor. Our exclusive Fusion program integrates cardio and strength to help you achieve your fitness goals. These features, along with a large 9" blue backlit LCD and message center, help keep you motivated day after day.
CALORIE PROGRAM

It’s important to understand which muscle groups are gaining the most benefit during your workout. On our treadmills, you will be using your glutes (bottom), hamstrings (back of thighs), quads (front of thighs), calves, pecs and arm muscles.

The XT385 is designed to keep you motivated mile after mile. Our large 22" x 60" running surface and 3.5hp motor give you all the room and power you need for a comfortable workout. The top speed of 12mph and 15% elevation are sure to keep you challenged.
There is a bar graph integrated into the console that lets you know where your heart rate is in relation to your projected maximum heart rate (calculated when you enter your age in the programming section of each program).
This model also features a bright blue backlit LCD console, Quick Speed and Incline keys, wireless heart rate (telemetric chest strap included), remote Speed and Incline handlebar toggles. and an anatomical figure that specifies which muscles are minimally and maximally activated.
