The TS-FPGA Expansion Modules when combined with the TS-PCI base boards, the TS-FPGA Expansion Modules deliver power and flexibility to your application. By adding a combination of Expansion Modules you have the ability to deploy up to 5 Stratix processors on a single PCI board. The high speed connectivity delivers 1.5 Gigabyte per second of data between Expansion modules, while a lower speed local bus provides system management functions, data between modules and a connection to the host 64bit/ 66 MHz PCI bus. The A40 and A25 expansion modules can be interchanged as needed. The illustration below highlights the recommended configurations and power requirements for the TSPCI A25 and TS-PCI A40 base board.
