• At our base in Weybridge, Surrey we hold large quantities in our stock lines. As a result of this our lead times are approximately 10-15 days from artwork approval for initial orders and 5-10 days for repeat orders and unprinted stock.

GENERAL INFORMATION GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICES All prices are featured in Marathon’s price list. We can supply written quotations on request.
All products will remain the property of Marathon until paid for in full. We send out invoices with our deliveries.
LOGO APPLICATION PRICES
We require payment within 30 days from invoice date.
Prices for all the logo applications are also printed on Marathon’s price list.
A full copy of our terms and conditions is available upon request, they are also on the back of each order acknowledgement, invoice and statement.
DELIVERY TIMES Stock lines are generally 5 – 15 working days. Custom lines will be longer and these lead times will be advised on placing your order. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES Minimum order quantities for stock lines are 5 pieces per product. Minimum order quantities for printed products is 20 pieces per product. Minimum orders for embroidery is 50 pieces per product. Please note: stock line lead times are generally 10 working days, however during busy periods they may be slightly longer but you will be advised of this when placing your order.

DELIVERY COSTS Delivery is FREE on all orders with a nett value of £200 or more , for deliveries under this value freight is charged at £6.50. For deliveries to the Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands freight is charged at cost and will be advised at time of order. ARTWORK & FRAME CHARGES We do not charge schools for artwork, screens or embroidery origination, however for one off artwork such as tour art there will be a £15.00 screen charge to cover costs. A clear copy of your logo is required in either JPEG, .ai or PDF. FREE OF CHARGE SAMPLES We are happy to provide samples on a sale or return basis. Samples are to be returned to us (or collected by us) within 30 days of receipt or an invoice will be raised. FORWARD ORDER DISCOUNT 5% Discount is offered on confirmed orders placed between 1st October and 30th November each year for orders to be delivered after May the next year. Forms are sent out to existing customers to remind you to take up this offer.

WARRANTY INFORMATION To support your purchase Marathon is happy to provde a manufacturing warranty against faulty workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase on the following products: STUDENT PAK SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE AND STUDENT SPORT. The warranty does not cover any damage or defects arising from normal, fair wear and tear, negligence, malicious damage or abuse, misuse of the product (including where the recommended capacity of the product is exceeded), failure to comply with reasonable directions or recommendations provided by Marathon or damage caused by matters or events outside Marathon’s control. Any modification, repair or alteration of the Marathon product by any third party voids Marathon’s obligations under this warranty. Marathon will not be liable under this warranty for any personal injury or any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation loss of profit. Marathon’s maximum liability under this warranty will be limited to the full replacement value of the product supplied to you. All warranties are applicable only to the original purchaser and are not transferrable and must be accompanied by the proof of purchase.
