Each VPG TV-1 PLUS can be switched between analog or digital video and is capable of carrying 2 AES or 4 analog audio signals along with the SDI video stream and analog audio with the analog video signal.

When in SDI/ASI mode the VPG TV-1 PLUS, will remove excess timing and alignment jitter from the SDI/ASI signal thereby cleaning up feeds with high jitter and permitting error-free multiple cascades.

SNMP Network Management is provided via an Ethernet interface (10-BaseT) located on the rear of each chassis. This enables remote configuration and monitoring of alarms through a third party network management system or using VPG’s GUI.
