AV Conferencing
ULX-D is easily and efficiently scalable for use in business events or conferences at hotels and convention centers. With rocksolid RF performance and ability to serve hundreds of audio channels with just one pair of antennas, ULX-D is able to cater for even the largest meetings and events, while still being extremely practical and hasslefree to operate. A complete selection of rechargeable microphone form factors offers added flexibility for both presentation and discussion needs.
The ULX-D Digital Wireless System offers a convenient mobile presentation solution for training facilities and higher education institutes. Remote monitor and control functions facilitate system management for central IT staff, while rugged, all-metallic construction withstand the rigors of ongoing use by many different users. Rechargeable batteries offer long-term cost savings, and long transmission range ensures solid performance in large auditoriums and lecture theaters.
Its proven sound quality makes ULX-D highly suitable for video conferencing applications, enhancing collaboration with clear, intelligible audio delivered through low-profile tabletop microphones that are quick and easy to setup. The system scales from small huddle rooms to boardrooms and large meeting rooms, with comprehensive software solutions allowing convenient, networked monitoring and control from a central AV/IT help desk.
Breakthrough Technologies ULX-D™ Digital Wireless represents an incredible advancement in wireless performance. Shure innovation delivers unique features and technologies that dramatically increase audio quality, spectrum efficiency, dependability, and system management convenience. Delivered with intelligent and flexible hardware suitable for AV conferencing and installed sound needs, ULX-D defines the next generation of digital wireless excellence.
Transparent 24-Bit Digital Audio A breakthrough in wireless audio quality, Shure digital processing enables ULX-D to deliver the purest reproduction of source material ever available in a wireless system, with a wide selection of trusted Shure microphones to choose from.
Lithium-Ion Rechargeability Optional rechargeable accessories eliminate the need for disposable batteries while offering extended run time of up to 11 hours on a single charge. Remote monitoring of charge levels in hours and minutes is possible over the network and accurate to 15 minutes.
Advanced Encryption For applications where secure wireless transmission is required, the 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) guarantees unbreakable privacy. A new, unique, randomized encryption key is generated every time encryption is enabled.
Signal Stability & Spectral Efficiency ULX-D offers uncompromising RF performance, enabling rock-solid signal stability and a dramatically increased number of simultaneous active transmitters, allowing use of up to 560 channels in High Density mode.
Networked Audio & Control Dante™ audio networking enables streamlined setup and comprehensive control. Integration with Shure software solutions offers advanced system management capabilities, enabled through SystemOn Audio Asset Management Software, Wireless Workbench® Software, and ShurePlus™ Channels mobile app.
Frequency Diversity In mission-critical applications, Frequency Diversity safeguards against loss of audio signal caused by RF interference or power loss. Two transmitters send the same audio with different radio frequencies - if problems occur, ULX-D dual and quad receivers automatically switch to the clean frequency.
