Universal Battery Charger 23-428 Thank you for purchasing the RadioShack Universal Battery Charger. You can fully charge up to five different sizes of batteries, including AAA, AA, C, D and 9V, and both Ni-Cd (nickel-cadmium) and Ni-MH (nickel-Metal Hydride) batteries with different capacities in different chambers. Its multiple charging circuits allow you to charge up to two 9V, up to eight AAA/AA, or up to four C/D batteries. The special automatic shut-off circuit senses when batteries are fully charged, and automatically terminates charging. The charger’s reverse polarity protection prevents damage to your batteries, as well as the charger when batteries are installed incorrectly.
