This rugged lightweight stamped steel frame is built to survive the most rigorous work environments, and the die has been specially engineered by Extron to exert maximum crimp force for reliable and consistent terminations. Featuring a perfect blend of form and function, the angled head, pivot pins, full cycle ratchet mechanism, and ergonomic soft grip handle increase leverage and reduce hand force for a tight, clean, complete crimp cycle. The angled head allows for a more natural position when terminating cables. While the reduced handle distance accommodates small and large hands making the tool more comfortable to use.
