SIESTA
Siesta Front The design of the new Siesta series allows to receive a very neutral and coherent sound, preserving an affordable price. They are built in d’Appolito configuration. The scrupulously designed crossover network allowed to obtain ideal phase coincidence in the band of converter cooperation which resulted in a very coherent and neutral sound, providing perfect acoustic stage. The sets use the new version of the tweeter where a textile membrane is installed as well as a very light aluminium coil and magnetic circuit with increased induction in the slit. The subwoofer is a new version with ventilated magnetic system. The glass fibre membrane allows to obtain precise and fast sound, however it requires a very well designed crossover network. The column sound is vivid, carrying, with energetic bass.
Siesta Center The central set has shielded loudspeakers. The crossroad network is based on the same topology as in the Siesta Front columns which allows for good cooperation of all elements of home cinema.

Aktiv 250
The Aktiv 250 subwoofer is the strongest subwoofer structure for home application available in the Tonsil’s offer. Application of the great GDN20/100/3 loudspeaker with a cellulose membrane, large ventilated magnetic circuit and rubber edge resulted in great effectiveness as well as dynamic and clear sound. The column is equipped with a 140 Watt amplifier allowing for comprehensive use of the loudspeaker.

Home cinema sets The MAESTRO II loudspeaker sets mate with the highest class home audio systems. Maestro II 180 is a three-way column, with dynamic sound and well-marked bass. The subwoofer and midwoofer have polypropylene membranes with edges made of specially selected rubber blend with high dumping coefficient and appropriate rigidity. The tweeter has a dome membrane made of woven fabric the main advantage of which is soft delicate sound. The rounded edges of the casings decrease sound diffraction and the bass-reflex tubes rounded from the inside allow for air flow without any unnecessary noises. Accurate selection of the division frequency and other elements of the crossover network allowed to obtain perfect sound. The sets are intended for operation in the home stereophonic and home cinema systems. Due to the very “friendly” 8Ω impedance, they can mate with all AV receivers available on the market.

SIESTA LAKIER
Loudspeaker columns HIGH LUSTRE VARNISH. The design of the new Siesta series allows to receive a very neutral and coherent sound, preserving an affordable price. They are built in d’Appolito configuration, i.e. the tweeter is located between two subwoofers with parallel connection. The scrupulously designed crossover network allowed to obtain ideal phase coincidence in the band of converter cooperation (1500 -4000 Hz) which resulted in a very coherent and neutral sound, with properly reflected spatial information. An additional advantage of this configuration is the creation of a symmetric source of sound due to which any change in the location of the listener in the vertical plane does not cause significant changes in the tone quality. The sets use the new version of the tweeter where a textile membrane is installed as well as a very light aluminium coil and magnetic circuit with increased induction in the slit. The subwoofer is a new version with ventilated magnetic system. The hard glass fibre membrane allows to obtain precise and fast sound, however it requires a very well designed crossover network. The subwoofers operate in separate chambers tuned to 90 and 45 Hz frequencies. This allowed to obtain precise and low bass. The column sound is vivid, with energetic bass.

The Libra speaker set was designed to satisfy even the most demanding listeners. The set incorporates GDN17/60 speakers with specifically selected electro-acoustic parameters. We also designed an optimal crossover network which, along with an interesting casing design, provides a practically perfect soundstage. What makes the casing stand out, is the implementation of a half-wave track in its design, which allows to fully take advantage of the radiation of the woofer membrane’s rear surface. Additionally, appropriate profiling of the speaker output – which is mounted inwards on the screen – allowed to avoid unwanted interference. During playback, the set provides plenty of satisfaction and pleasure which comes from listening to music.

Designing the new model of the Tonsil Pulse columns, we took into account every detail that can has any influence on the final sound quality. Asymmetric location of the tweeters allows for significant reduction of harmful diffraction phenomena and the inclination of the casing levels the acoustic centres. The tweeters and subwoofers applied in the Pulse model are specially modified units with very linear characteristic of processing and low harmonic distortion, allowing to apply mild filtration. Designing the crossover network, each of its variants, except for the necessary measurements, was verified with long audio monitoring sessions. The final crossover network in the Pulse model is based on real first class filters. The tweeter, without a multiplier, can breathe freely and show every even the tiniest detail conveyed by the music signal. Great phase harmony of the mildly filtered loudspeakers results in extraordinary and deep acoustic stage with precise layout of spatial effects. Pulse can reflect the atmosphere of jazz or classical music and its elegant and stylish design makes it a real decoration of the audio room. Both the highest-level performance, with the use of only natural veneers, as well as great sound make Tonsil Pulse a true bargain in its price segment.

The ZEUS sets are intended for rock and discotheque music enthusiasts. It is characterised with slightly contour sound consisting in convexity of the edges of the acoustic band.
