he Kramer SV-6E Super-VHS 4x 4 Matrix Switcher is an innovative solution to problems arisingfrom switching, editing and signal :Stribution within the Super-VHS medium. The SV -6Ehas been especially designed to meet the professional demands of this new deo standard and, as usual, Kramer Electronics is on the reading edgeof technological development. In the SV~E, video signals are switched by means of digital control pulses so quickly that, for editing purposes, eglitched switching is possible with only minimal flicker on the screen. Four large displays allow the user to verify with ne glance the input-output connections. The SV-6E can be used as: a fully buffered and amplified matrix switching system; four output video distribution amplifier; a four output audio stereo distribution amplifier; o~ any combination of the above. le SV-6E can serve as the heart of a Super-VHS video-audio control center, routing, monitoring and splitting signals ithout having to plug and unplug the various components. All inputs and outputs are fully buffered and isolated, iminating cross-talk between channels.
