Basic system specifications:  4 anchor points have to secure the wheelchair inside the vehicle   Passenger must be facing front of the vehicle Passenger must have a 3 point seatbelt: a shoulder belt and a lap belt. A dynamic test of 20g (20 times body’s weigh) is realized for the approval with a 85kg wheelchair and a 75kg mannequin. See below the acceptance/ refusal criteria: During test:     Head front throwing : <650mm Knee front throwing: <375mm Wheelchair front throwing: <200mm Report between knee throwing and wheelchair throwing: >1.1:1 After test:    No structural failure of anchor systems or fixture accessories Passenger must be released without using tools Wheelchair must be released without using tools Attention: An anchor system approved to ISO10542 doesn’t mean that it can be installed in vehicles.
