Gold Plan* The Gold Plan is designed to provide the highest level of remedial and periodic maintenance coverage of the UPS system. This plan includes the benefits of the Bronze and Silver Plans with the addition of 7x24x365 remedial service (including all parts and labor). Mitsubishi Electric Service and Support provides a comprehensive solutions approach for installation, startup, and optimal performance of your UPS equipment on-site. *Replacement batteries and labor are not included. These services are available at an additional charge on a time and material or quote basis. Startup / Installation Services Thermographic Imaging Mitsubishi Electric Power Products UPS Division provides the following services for UPS equipment on site by our factory certified staff : • Confirmation of the manufacturer’s warranty upon startup of the UPS system by an Authorized Service Provider • On-site testing performed to the customer’s specifications or to Mitsubishi Electric’s standard test procedures • Load bank testing, UPS burn in, battery run-down or capacity tests Periodic Maintenance and Warranty The Mitsubishi Electric Power Products UPS division offers a comprehensive package of maintenance programs designed to enhance system reliability and performance over the lifetime of the equipment. The three levels of service are designed to meet the individual needs of each customer. Service Agreements: regularly scheduled maintenance visits for the term of the contract during normal business hours (M-F 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.). The standard maintenance schedule includes one (1) visit on the UPS module and two (2) visits on the battery system. Additional visits can be added if necessary, at an additional cost. Remedial (repair) services (parts and labor) are available at a discount. The Bronze Plan is the most suitable during the UPS warranty period. Bronze Plan* The Bronze Plan is designed to provide minimum required maintenance.
