USB-ED CC 01 The Sennheiser USB-ED CC 01 adapter cable offers, in combination with Sennheiser’s CIRCLE™ and CENTURY™ headset variants*, contact centers and offices an easy to implement and cost-effective Unified Communications headset solution. It allows companies transitioning to UC to continue using their existing Sennheiser CIRCLE™ and CENTURY™ headsets with Easy Disconnect plug*, maximizing their previous headset investment. User focus The USB-ED CC 01 headset adapter cable is ideal for contact centers and hot-desking environments, where users frequently change shifts or workdesk. With its simple quick-release mechanism, the durable Easy Disconnect plug is designed to withstand the daily wear and tear of shift changes and protect the easily damaged USB ports in the users’ PC. When disconnecting the headset, calls are put on hold, allowing users to leave their workstations, return and continue or pass-on the call. In line with current EU directives, USB-ED CC 01 features a Noise at Work limiter** to protect users against hearing damage. Sound leadership Sennheiser Voice Clarity is ensured as the USB-ED CC 01 headset adapter cable transmits clear digital sound to and from
the users’ headset. The equalizer optimizes and enhances sound for both Sennheiser CIRCLE™ and CENTURY™ headsets*, switching automatically from communication to multimedia settings. Sennheiser ActiveGard® technology protects users from acoustic shock and sudden sound surges. Quality design The USB-ED CC 01 cable features a sleek, ergonomic in-line call control unit. With a unique magnetic holder, it can easily be fixed onto the work desk, to ensure seamless call management at your fingertips. A coiled cable prevents the unit from being pulled off of the table and keeps the work surface free of cable clutter.
