USER GUIDE AND SPECIFICATIONS USB Flash Drive User Guide Installation (Windows 8.1/8/7/Vista/XP/Server) No drivers are required. Windows automatically detects and installs drivers for the USB flash drive when you insert the drive into a USB port. (Mac OS X 10.7/10.8/10.9) No drivers are required. OS X displays an icon representing the USB flash drive on your desktop when you insert the drive into a USB port. Disconnection (Windows 8.1/8/7/Vista/XP/Server) Complete the following steps to disconnect the USB flash drive. 1. Double-click the Unplug/Safely Remove/or Eject Hardware icon in the system tray in the lower right of your screen. 2. Select the name of the device that you want to remove in the window that appears. 3. Click Stop. Windows displays the following message: This device can now be safely removed from the computer 4. Click OK. 5. Remove the USB flash drive from the USB port. (Mac OS X 10.7/10.8/10.9) Complete the following steps to disconnect the USB flash drive. 1. Drag the icon representing the USB flash drive into the trash bin. 2. Remove the USB flash drive only after the icon disappears from the desktop.
