If you have Windows 2000 installed on your PC: 1. In the Windows task bar, click on the "start" button, point to setting, and then click on "Control Panel" 2. Double click on the "Network and Dial up Connection" icon. 3. In the "Network and dial-up Connections" window, right–click on the "Local Area Connection" icon, and select "Properties". The "local area Connection Properties" dialog box is displayed. 4. Select the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" and then click on "Properties". 5. Select and click on:“Obtain an IP Address Automatically”. 6. Click twice on “OK” to confirm your changes. Close the window and then go to Windows task bar menu. Select and Click on “Internet Explorer”. Congratulations! You can start surfing the web and benefiting from Ogero Broadband Internet over DSL

Troubleshooting
In case of any malfunction, and before contacting 1515 “Ogero Customer Service”, please try to check and fix some problems that might occur as mentioned below: General • Check to see that the power LED is green and the Network cables are installed correctly. • Check to see that the LAN and STATUS LEDs are green. • Check and verify the setting on your computer as mentioned before. LEDs blink in a sequential pattern • This means that, there is a programming error; please call 1515 “Ogero customer service”. STATUS LED continues to blink • The DSL line can not establish a valid connection. Please call 1515 “Ogero customer service”. STATUS LED is always off • Verify that: one end of the provided phone cable is connected directly to the phone-line jack, and the other end to the LINE PORT on the back of the DSL modem.

Warranty conditions for the DSL Modem
Ogero will provide 3 years warranty on the DSL Modem. This warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from: accident, misuse or abuse etc... In case of any malfunction during the warranty period and for other reasons that have not been mentioned before, please call 1515, “Ogero Customer Service”.
Hardware Installation:
Shut down your Computer before connecting all required cables as mentioned below: 1.Connect the Phone Cable to the DSL Modem Connect one end of the supplied Phone Cable to the LINE port of the DSL modem, and the other end of the cable to the phone-line jack. 2.Connect your PC to the DSL Modem Connect one end of the Network cable to one of the LAN ports on the back of the DSL modem, and the other end to the "NIC" card in your PC.
3.Connect the Power Cable to the DSL Modem Connect one end of the power cable to the power connector on the back of the DSL Modem, and the other end to the power wall-outlet. Allow 2 minutes for the DSL Modem to start up and to get with its current configuration.
Set up your computer
Once you’re done with the connection of all required cables, please turn “ON” your computer. If you have Windows XP installed on your PC: 1. In the Windows task bar, click on the "start" button, than select and click on "Control Panel" 2. Select the "Network Connection" and Click twice. 3. In the “LAN OR High-Speed Internet” window, select: ”Local Area Connection”. Right click on the icon, select and click on “Properties”. “Local Area Connection Properties” window will pop out. 4. Select: “Internet Protocol" (TCP/IP) and click on “Properties”, you’ll see a dialog box: “Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties”. 5. Select: “Obtain an IP Address Automatically". 6. Click twice on “OK” to confirm your changes, and close the Control Panel. Go to Windows task bar and click on: “Internet Explorer". Congratulations!
