GET CONNECTED
Before you can stream audio from your computer to your Jawbone® headset or speaker, you need to pair your headset or speaker with the NERD ™ .

Place your Jawbone speaker into pairing mode (consult the user guide or visit jawbone.com/support). PA I R W I T H T H E N E R D 1 Prepare your headset or speaker. 2 Plug the N E R D into your computer. 3 Press and hold the N E R D C O N N E C T
button for about three seconds until the N E R D L E D flashes red and white. Once paired and connected, you will hear a confirmation tone on your device.

MAKE A CALL
Use your computer to dial via Skype®, Google Talk ℠ and others. Listen and talk through your Jawbone® headset or speaker. STR E AM AU D IO
Listen to music, video and other computer audio through your Jawbone headset or speaker.
4 Go to the sound settings on your

computer and select “Jawbone NERD” as the output/input device (Mac) or playback/recording device (PC).
NOTE Do not adjust the Bluetooth settings on your computer. To pair THE NERD with other Jawbone devices, repeat these steps.

Use the volume control on your computer or phone. Or, while on a call or listening to music, adjust the volume on your Jawbone headset or speaker. To adjust the volume on your headset, P R E S S + H O L D the TA L K B U T T O N and the volume will be set. If you are using a Jawbone ICON ™ , you may need to download the latest update from M Y TA L K . J AW B O N E . C O M . SWITCH B ET WE E N AU D IO & CALL S
Listen and talk on your computer while staying connected to your mobile phone. The audio from your computer will fade away when you answer or make a call on your mobile phone.
