ASSEMBLY You are now ready to assemble your screen. You will be assembling 3 major parts of the screen: Aluminum Frame, Screen Fabric and Velvet Cover. Please go through the following steps one by one carefully.
Before You Start
ASSEMBLY Aluminum Frame 1. First, you need to assemble the frame. Insert Corner Border A into both ends of the short aluminum frame as shown below:
You will be assembling the screen on a flat ground. You will need a clearance area of at least two feet away from the screen (refer to General Dimensions). Make sure no objects are underneath the screen, as they may cause permanent damage to the fabric. Before you start handling parts, you need to make sure your work area is safe, and remains safe during assembly and installation. Please note and be aware of the following warnings: Parts may contains sharp edges.
You need to avoid touching the indicated spots. Do not swing the aluminum frames; be aware of the edges when you handle the frames. Protective gloves recommended.
Beware pinching point.
2. You need to connect the four corners of the frame, you may do so by inserting the short frames into long frames, as shown below:
You need to be cautious joining pieces together when this icon is present. Keep body parts away from the indicated spots. Protective gloves recommended.

We strongly recommend you seek assistance when handling large or heavy objects. Especially moving the assembled parts or screen. Careless operations can cause injures and permanent damage to parts.
Short
6 You need to join the frames one corner at a time, finish one short frame first, then move onto the other.
ASSEMBLY 3. After you have joined all four corners, start from one corner, align the
two frames forming the corner. Insert four of M5 screws into the Corner Border A inside the aluminum frames, then tighten the screws.
ASSEMBLY 4. You need to insert the fiber glass rods into the four sides of the fabric.
Make sure the rod selected has a length the same as the side you are trying to insert it into.
5. Now you need to put the assembled aluminum frame onto the fabric
Repeat the above step for the other three corners, in clockwise or counter clockwise direction.
carefully, with the frame’s large flat surface against the back (black) of the screen, as shown below. Make sure you center the aluminum frame properly, you should not see any back (black) of the screen outside the frame as shown in the circle below:
Screen Fabric You need to unroll the fabric screen slowly from the cardboard drum onto the ground, with the fabric’s front(white or gray) facing the ground, and its back(black) facing upwards. You need to be make sure the white floor cloth that was rolled together with the fabric, is underneath the fabric on the ground. Do not remove the white floor cloth until the assembly is completed. The white floor cloth will protect the fabric screen against dirt or damage from the ground.

6. You need to flip over the sides of the fabric with glass rods inside, onto the edges of the aluminum frame, as illustrated below:
7b.You will need to select a corner and place springs on each side of it as
shown below. Make sure you place the spring in the direction that, the larger and more circular hook faces the glass rods, while the shorter hook is inserted into the middle slot of the aluminum frame (see note).

7a. You are ready to mount the fabric onto the aluminum frame. You will be
joining the fabric and the frame with springs, in a sequence shown below. For example: start from (1), then work your way to (2), jump to (3) then work your way to (4). Work your way to (8) using the same sequence.
7c. To mount a spring, you need to use the installation hook provided, pull the spring towards the glass rod. While you keep pulling the spring, carefully and slowly slide the hook part of the spring through the hole in the fabric and hook onto the glass rod.

a spring, in a sequence shown in a).
You need to follow the sequence indicated above in a). This way, you can minimize the unnecessary stress to the screen fabric.
8. Once you have completed the previous steps, you can now assemble the
aluminum velvet covers. Insert the Corner Bracket B into both ends of the short Velvet Cover.
You want to execute step c) with extra caution. When you let go of the spring, you need to make sure the spring is only lying on the glass rod, otherwise the spring will tear the fabric apart.
Short
The three slots are designed for the screen fabric to stretch at different ambient temperature. If middle slot is too tight or loose for your screen consider switching to a different slot.
7e. After completing step d), you can now stand the screen up on its side as
shown on the right. Make sure the ground is free of obstacles and rough objects before you do so. We recommend you provide soft cushion for the screen to stand on in addition to the floor cloth we provided. Do not slide or drag the stood-up screen across the floor. The screen fabric under stress can be easily pierced.
7f. Have your partner hold the screen, or let the screen lean against a soft and smooth object. Carefully inspect the front (white or gray) of the screen fabric. The screen should be free of wrinkles; the fabric must have less than 1/2” of black boarder shown around the white fabric.
11
If you have wrinkles on your screen fabric, first, consider fine adjustments. Take off the spring(s) located in the area with wrinkles, evenly spread the screen fabric across the frame, then remount the springs. If wrinkles still exist, go back to Assemble-Screen Fabric, and repeat step 4 to 7. Make sure parts are properly oriented and using the correct methods. Also make sure, you are using the correct sequence for mounting the springs. If you need more tension on the fabric, please see Troubleshoot. Do not proceed until you have made sure the screen fabric is in acceptable condition described above.
9. You need to carefully lay the screen back down on top of the floor cloth.
Then, slide the long Velvet Cover onto the border of the frame with the same length. In order to do this, you will need to lift the corresponding border a tiny bit (1/4”) off the ground. Then, slide the Velvet Cover onto the border with its long side facing up, as shown below:

ASSEMBLY 10. After you have completed 8. and 9. for all the Velvet Covers, insert the
short Velvet Covers with Corner Bracket B on both ends, into the long Velvet Covers, as shown below. You may have to slightly lift the screen.
INSTALLATION You are now ready to mount your screen. Please make sure your screen is fully assembled before proceed.
Hanging Brackets 12. If you are going to mount the screen onto your wall, you will need to
decide where the four edges of the screen will be. For screen specs, please refer to Getting Started.
Make sure the Velvet Covers stay tight against the borders before you proceed to the next step.
11. Lastly, you can now join the Velvet Covers together with M4 Screws. You
need to make sure the corners of the Velvet Covers are closed shut without gaps exposed. Then, insert and tighten two screws shown below:
Center Line
As shown above, draw a center line for your screen. From there, you will mount Hanging Brackets B at one third of the product width from the center line, and 4” (99mm) below the top of the screen. (The quantity of Hanging Brackets B may differ in different screen sizes) Please make sure wall you are trying to mount your screen onto, is able to support the weight of your screen. Make sure the hardware we supplied (Wall Screws and Expansion Plug), is compatible with your wall. To mount Hanging Brackets A, you will have to measure a distance H1 downwards from the screws from Hanging Brackets B. Make your drill there on the wall.
13
You want to tighten the screws across all four corners in clockwise or counter clockwise direction. Make sure the pieces are not shifted out of their positions before tightening the screws.
The length of H1 is: Drilling Height H1= Product Height - 57/16” (137mm) Please make sure the brackets are positioned correctly. Otherwise, brackets to fail to support your screen.

TROUBLESHOOTING 1. I am missing parts from my packaging. Solution: The Fiber Glass Rods may be stored inside the floor cloth roll of Screen Fabric. If you still have parts missing, contact EluneVision customer support. 2. My screen fabric is damaged when I open the package.
TROUBLESHOOTING Solution: If you are already using the inner slot, and still need more tension, you will need to pull on the screen fabric manually to tighten it, then rest the fabric on the springs and let the springs hang on to the fabric. Refer back to Assemble-Screen Fabric step 7c. After you mounted the springs, insert the Installation Hook directly into the fabric hole. Make sure you hook over the fiber glass rod, and not the springs or fabric alone. You may stand the screen upwards for better observation.
Solution: In case of damaged or defected product, please contact your vendor or EluneVision customer support right away. 3. It is very difficult to pull the springs. Solution: It is not recommended to switch to another slot for this reason, make sure you are using the correct methods. Seek assistance if needed, careless operation may risk damaging the screen. 4. I still see black fabric shown over the Velvet Cover of the screen after I fully assembled it.
First, pull the installation hook away from the edge. This will stretch the screen fabric in the viewable area.
Solution: You will have to dismount the Velvet Covers first, then, go back to Assemble-Fabric Screen, and repeat step 4 to 7. Make sure the screen fabric is not shifted, and the springs evenly distributing forces across the fabric. If the problem remains, consider switching to an inner slot. See below.
5. I am already using the inner slot, but i still need more tension.
17
This method has high risk of damaging the fabric material, do not proceed unless you have tried the above solutions. Extra caution is advised. If you are not sure whether to proceed, please contact EluneVision Technical Support.
Next, pull the installation hook away towards the back direction of the fabric. This will wrap the fabric around the border. Then, you may let go only if the spring is pulling on the fabric. Repeat the above steps for other springs until you have reached a desired effect.
