In particular: - connect the power source to the Input L and N terminals - connect the load between the Output L and N terminals - connect a normally open button (N.O.) between L (line) and SW L terminal WIRING DIAGRAM 2AMDI515TPBS 4 WIRES - FIGURE N. 2 The 2AMDI515TPBS dimmer has to be connected according to the diagram shown in FIG. 2. In particular: - connect the power source to the Input L and N terminals - connect the load between the dimmer N Output terminals and L (line) of the system - connect a normally open button (N.O.) between L (line) and SW L terminal In this configuration the load is not protected by the internal fuse of the 2AMDI515TPBS dimmer. www.nectogroup.com pag|4 USER MANUAL 2AMDI515TPBS PUSH OPERATION Once you connected a normally open button as shown in FIG. 1, you can dim the load (incandescent lamps and/or led dimmable phase cut devices) in the following way: PUSH interface operation Single Click (rapid press (<1sec)) - Turns on or off the output (ON/OFF). Double Click (rapid press (<1sec)) - Sets maximum brightness (output= 100%) Long Press (long press (>1sec)) - If the dimmer is in OFF position, it sets the output to the minimum value (default= 1%) - If the dimmer is in ON position, the long press enables the output dimming (up/down). ATTENTION! IN ORDER TO MAKE THE DIMMER OPERATE CORRECTLY IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE POWER CABLE BETWEEN THE BUTTON AND THE DIMMER AS SHORT AS POSSIBLE. IN CASE OF ANY MALFUNCTION REGARDING FALSE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE ON THE BUTTON, IN PARTICULAR WHILE USING VERY LONG CABLES ON THE BUTTON OR DYSFUNCTIONAL SYSTEMS YOU ARE ADVISED TO INSTALL A MONOSTABLE RELAY CONNECTED LOCALLY TO THE DIMMER (FIGURE 3). On 2AMDI515TPBS dimmer it is possible to calibrate the minimum level of brightness through the hole positioned under the casing. To lower or raise the minimum brightness level it is necessary (with a powered device) to access to the hole with a plastic plug or anyway not conductive material and act on the inner button in this manner: Long Press (long press (>1sec)) If the dimmer is in ON position, the long press enables the output dimming upwards. Another long press enables the output dimming downwards. The level set by the calibration plug will be the minimum level at which the dimmer will set the output. Starting from the v.2.0 firmware you can adjust the brightness level using the Necto Group app. www.nectogroup.com pag|6 USER MANUAL 2AMDI515TPBS BLUETOOTH MODE In order to activate this mode of control/operation it is necessary to install the Necto Group App on the Android or iOS device that you want to use for the 2AMDI515TPBS dimmer control and disconnect any 0-10V (1-10V) inputs or potentiometer connected to the dimmer. The implemented features are: Switching on and off and the brightness level control of each individual light point. Ability to group together and control several light points with just a simple command. Creation and recall of your favourite lighting sceneries. The system management from a single simplified user interface. THE BLUETOOTH LE CONNECTION DOES NOT REQUIRE PAIRING PROCEDURE Necto Group App features (*depending on the device only some functions may be available) Dimmer management at 1 or 4 channels with different modes of operation: - Mono channel - 4 synchronized channels - RGB (3 channels or 3 zones) - RGB + White (4 channels or 4 zones) - Dynamic White www.nectogroup.com pag|7 USER MANUAL 2AMDI515TPBS In order to install the app on your Apple or Android device you need to scan the desired QRCode to be automatically redirected to the IoT Light application.
