1 Important Safety Instructions Read all instructions carefully before installing or using this device for the first time. The system must be completely cooled to room temperature prior to system set-up or breakdown.
2 Electrical Connection ELECTRICAL CONNECTION Connection to the electrical power source must be done according to all state and local codes. Before connecting your oven, make sure that the voltage and the amps comply with those stated on the data plate. Avoid using patch cords and multiple jacks. The appliance must be placed so the connection plug to the outlet can be easily reached. When the appliance is in operation, the power supply voltage must not diverge from the value of the nominal voltage, written on the technical data plate, by more than + or – 10%. Ovens are equipped with cordset and NEMA plug (single phase; 120V or 208-240V, depending on oven model.) It is sufficient to insert the plug in the proper outlet (the outlet must be suitable for the plug assembled on the oven.)

3 Restrictions for Use This unit has been constructed for indoor use only. It must be only in a clean, dry environment. It is not recommended to place any items on or against this unit when in use. Although properly insulated, the surface could become moderately hot during use. Do not place objects or items on top of the convection oven at any time. Keep this user guide, or a copy near the unit, for easy reference when needed. Do not situate the oven directly against a back wall, as the back side of the oven becomes hot during use. Be sure there is adequate space for the door to be opened completely. Do not use a steam cleaner to clean this appliance. Pressurized steam could penetrate electrical components and cause a short circuit. Do not use plastic containers or plastic wraps in the oven, unless this material has been tested and approved for this purpose. Some plastics may melt and cause damage to the oven. Do not use sharp objects to remove dirt / debris from the racks. These racks have a non-stick coating that can be damaged by sharp objects or abrasive cleaning.

4 Oven Operation
Digital Controls Initial Start 1. After the oven is plugged in, press the START button (#9). 2. Press the SELECT button (#7) so the light by the temperature symbol is lit (#5). 3. For Klarity™ masks, press the (-) button (#8) and set the temperature for 165 degrees. For other brands of masks, refer to their instruction sheet or call the company for further instructions. 4. Press SELECT again, so the light by the clock symbol (#4) is lit. This is the timer. 5. Press the (-) button (#8) and set the timer to INF. This will allow the oven to continuously run. (The timer can be used, however once the timer goes off, the OVEN WILL SHUT OFF. We recommend a digital kitchen timer be used if you want to keep the oven warm by running it at all times.) 6. Check the STEP button (#1). Make sure the light beside setting #1 is lit. 7. Press START (#9). It will take 5-6 minutes for the oven to reach the set temperature. To view the temperature reading, touch the SELECT button again. 8. Follow instruction sheets included with your masks for heating times and usage information. For Klarity masks, heat up time is 3-4 minutes and the cushion heat up time is 10-12 minutes. Turning the Oven Off 1. Press the START button (#9) and hold until the oven beeps for a duration of a few seconds. 2. The oven, when left undisturbed, will then shut itself off in 15-20 minutes.

This will allow the inside temperature to reach the desired 165 degrees. *please note, the inside temperature will vary. Adjust the dial as needed to keep the desired temperature. 2. Turn the timer dial counterclockwise so the notch on the oven case lines up with the “hand” symbol. This sets the oven to run continuously. Turning the Oven Off 1. Turn the timer dial clockwise and line up the notch of the oven case with the “0.” You will hear a lengthy series of loud beeps, signifying that the oven is off.

Caution do not clean the display with water, only with a dry soft cloth. Do not use a steam cleaner to clean this appliance. 4. Grasp both sides of the glass firmly and pull the glass toward you until it clears the door glass slots at the bottom of the door. Position cleaned inner door glass over the open oven door so that the oval logo on the glass is facing down in the left back corner. 7. Lower the glass until it is resting on the glass holder tabs. 8. Pull the glass holder tabs forward until the glass drops into place in the door. Then release the glass holder tabs to hold the glass in place.
