Always use the cradle with the thumb tab up. Do not rotate the cradle 180° where it may fall off mount head. Do not place mount in or near an air bag deployment zone or where it will obstruct view of the road.

Dash Mount Installation Find a safe location on the vehicle dash that is not in an air bag deployment zone or will obstruct view of the road.

Optional Safety hook installation will add extra stability. Clean the desired area with the included alcohol pad and let dry. Remove the adhesive backing on the safety anchor. The hook on the anchor must point towards the windshield. Press and hold the hook down on to the dash surface for about a minute. Allow 24 hrs. to cure to the dash surface at room temperature (72° F.)

Place the suction cup of the pedestal down on the mounting surface in the center of the dash mount with the lever up.

Hook towards windshield
Step 3.
Place the loop on the base of the dashboard mount around the safety hook and place the mount in front of the hook. Remove the protective film (A) from the pedestal mounting surface before using. Step 2.
Flip the locking lever (B) down to secure the pedestal to the dash mount. Adjust the angle of the pedestal arm by tightening the vertical adjustment knob (C).

Hold the custom cradle and insert the HTC Thunderbolt phone device (not included, sold separately) into the cradle with the thumb tab (D) at the top. The top of the phone should be rotated to the left when inserted to the cradle. D

Attach the Cradle to Mount Pedestal
Attach the custom cradle to the dual T-head by inserting the dual T-tabs (E) into the dual T-slots (F) on the back of the cradle. Tighten the head angle adjustment ring (G).
