All corners are coved, and all seams are fully welded and polished. High backsplash protects wall and keeps sink sanitary. Any sink can be made a correctional sink by simple changing faucets and using tamperproof screws where applicable. DL20-1 Model Combination Utility Sink & Utensil/Can Washer & Sanitizer is made of 16GA type 304 stainless steel. Can Washer Unit consists of a coved wash basin with 1” OD tubular equipment supports and a utility sink alongisde. Fully integrated outer shell has a 12” high backsplash. A perforated scrap drawer collects solid waste for disposal periodically. Faucet, T&S #B-1152, or equal, with flexible 48” long stainless steel hose and brush spray head are mounted on top of backsplash. Double foot pedal valve, T&S #B-0502, or equal, mounted on a stainless steel bracket, controls heavy-duty nozzle spray head with a 360 degree revolving cleaning pattern. Bottom drains to a 2” brass waste outlet. Entire unit is mounted on adjustable stainless steel legs. Utility sink is integral to and on side of wash basin and fitted with a stainless steel basket drain. Combination unit is mounted on stainless steel adjustable legs. Combination design with multiple features is ideal for cleaning and washing all large and medium sized utensils and cans/ pots. Faucet is used for pot filling or cleaning. Spray brush head helps loosen solid waste. Built-in nozzle spray head at the bottom provides a powerful cleaning cycle. Scrap tray is emptied and cleaned periodically. Utility sink dries and holds cans and washed utensils. DL-2 Model Utensil/Can Washer & Sanitizer is made of 16GA type 304 stainless steel and consists of a coved wash basin with 1” OD tubular equipment supports and fully integrated outer shell and has a 12” high backsplash. A perforated scrap drawer collects solid waste for disposal periodically. Faucet, T&S #B-1152, or equal, with flexible 48” long stainless steel hose and brush spray head are mounted on top of backsplash. Round Can Washers RCW Model Round Can Washer is 16-gauge stainless steel, 25 1/2” diameter, 5” deep and coves down to a crumb cup with 1 1/2” outlet. A heavy-duty stainless steel rotating nozzle with a Teflon ball provides continuous high pressure water spray to the interior of the can or stock pot. A removable stainless steel perforated scrap tray, traps debris from the wash cycle. Hot and cold water supply lines are actuated off a set of foot pedal valves. An optional 72” long stainless steel flexible hose with vacuum breaker for pre- or post-wash-down can be mounted to the unit. The Can Washer is mounted on (4) four stainless steel round legs, cross braced for rigidity. Legs are supplied with flanged feet. The Combination Unit includes a Waste Disposer with a separate on/off switch. This allows the crushing and disposing of solid particle waste from the cleaning cycle, helping keep drain lines clear and speeding cleaning cycles. Can Washer with automatic wash/rinse cycle is available (Model RCW-Auto) with factory preset for each hot and cold inlets. (Blue) cold water and (red) hot water switches, push on/off type to start and automatically stop water supply after 50 seconds (minimum code requirement is 30). Multiple cycles of hot or cold washes are possible as necessary. Adjust timers after opening the access door provided on the bottom of the control box. Adjustment is possible up to 300 seconds. The Round Can Washer is designed to sanitize, wash and rinse all size and shape cans, drums and barrels up to 25” wide opening. Hot water inlet is suitable for 180 degree hot water washing and sanitizing, to meet US FDA food code 2009, 4-6 for Sanitizing and Cleaning of Utensils and Equipment. Cold Water inlet provides post wash rinising capability and the spray hose unit is used to pre-rinse equipment and remove debris at the bottom of the Can Washer. Hot and cold water valves are actuated by foot pedals located conveniently for the operator. Cycling is manual and operator controlled. All mounted accessories are conveniently located and can be easily accessed for plumbing connection and maintenance. The round dish-shaped design is suitable for all types of food establishments because of the flexibility to accommodate a wide range of containers. RCW Model - Base Model RCW-D Model - Automatic Controls and Disposer Mop Sinks IMC Utility Sinks are made from 300 series stainless steel with an attractive brushed finish and are easily cleanable without the use of tools. All corners are coved, and all seams are fully welded and polished. Rugged type 304, 18-8 stainless steel construction, engineered to stand up under day-in and day-out abuse. There are many different models to choose from for your specific application. Not pictured below is our FS-M Model which is a medium duty utility sink with a 16” x 18” x 7” deep bowl. The FS-H Model is a heavy duty utility sink with a 24” x 18” x 12” deep bowl. The FS-ADA Model is Handicap/Wheelchair Utility Sink with a 33” x 33” x 12” deep bowl. FS Model Service/Utility Sink is made of 16GA type 304 stainless steel, with integrated full-height apron. FS Sink is 24” x 18” x 7” deep coved corner sink bowl with a built-in pitch to 4” waste outlet. FS-R Model Right Corner Service/Utility Sink is made of 16GA type 304 stainless steel, with integrated full-height apron. FS-R Sink is 24” x 18” x 7” deep coved corner sink bowl with a built-in pitch to 4” waste outlet. FS-L Model Left Corner Service/Utility Sink is made of 16GA type 304 stainless steel, with integrated full-height apron. FS Sink is 24” x 18” x 7” deep coved corner sink bowl with a built-in pitch to 4” waste outlet. Mop Sink Cabinets CMSC Model Combination Clean and Soiled Utility Cabinet is made of 18GA Stainless Steel with (2) two doors. The cabinet is 46 1/2” wide x 24” deep x 84” high with a full height compartment separating the 23 1/2” long x 19” wide soiled sink from a 18 1/2” long x 19” wide filler/soak sink, both 5” deep with a 4” waste outlet. Optional utility spray hose with brush and optional mop holders are provided with the soiled unit. The upper section of the cabinet has (1) one fixed shelf notched for mop handles. The cabinet base is fully enclosed and mounted on adjustable legs for leveling. Detachable cross bars convert the sink quickly for use as a can /pot washer. The fill/soak side can be supplied with a pot-filler faucet. Hinged stainless steel doors fully enclose each of the soiled and clean sides, providing a sanitary separation within a compact space. Door catches provided, keep doors closed when not in use. The Combination Clean and Soiled Utility Cabinet is designed for use where space is limited and helps follow acceptable sanitary practices in any size facility. Mop buckets for kitchen and customer areas can be easily emptied, cleaned and refilled as needed in the soiled side. Cross bars provided are used to convert the unit to cleaning cans and individual pots. The fill/wash side is used to fill stock pots and clean vegetables. Soiled side door is to be closed and latched to avoid cross contamination. Keep all doors closed and latched when not in use. The shelf provides storage space for cleaning supplies. Optional removable sink covers provide additional storage when the sinks are not being used. The design features and attractive finish of the IMC/Teddy Utility Cabinet allows placing this unit in cooking, prepping and customer areas. Compact facilities are particularly suited for use of this unit, as are most other establishments. Single cabinet available (MSC Model). Scullery/Compartment Sinks SCS Model Scullery Sinks are made of 14GA or 16GA type 304 stainless steel with single or multi-compartment bowls and double wall separators. Sinks are mounted on 16GA, 1 5/8 stainless steel tubes with stainless steel adjustable feet for leveling. Sink bowls are coved at all corners and pitched to a 3 1/2” waste cutout. Full length backsplash is 10” high and holes for faucets 8” on center accomodates your choice of faucets. The entire unit is finished with a satin brush finish. Drainboard extensions are integral and are separately supported with stainless steel legs, as required. Sink bowls are 14” deep but other depths are available. Choice of no drainboard, (1) drainboard or (2) drainboards. Three (3) and four (4) compartment sinks come with (2) faucets. Have an empty corner, use our three (3) compartment corner sink which will save you space and still get the job done. IMC Scullery/Service Sinks Model “SCS” are designed for heavy duty application in large or medium Institutional Facilities or where constant use is likely. Options available are designed to make this product suitable in a variety of locations in the facility for applications, such as Deli, Vegetable or Bakery sinks or for pot cleaning. For economy, specify 16GA instead of 14GA. Custom sizes available. For storage, simply add an undershelf, overshelf or both. Dishtables are mounted on 16GA, 1 5/8 stainless steel tubes with stainless steel adjustable feet for leveling. Tops are turned up 3” and finished with a 1 1/2” sanitary rolled edge. Backsplash is 8” high with a 2” return to wall. Prerinse sink is 14GA stainless steel, coved corner and includes a stainless steel perforated basket with tubular rack guides welded in. The entire unit is finished with a satin brush finish. Choice of straight, corner or island dishtables. IMC Dishtables are designed for heavy duty application in large or medium Institutional Facilities or where constant use is likely.
