Description The 5120-9189 is a rack mountable state-of-the-art AM/FM/CD Player specifically designed to deliver superior audio performance and reliable operation when connected to a commercial or industrial sound system. It is ideal for use with the 5100 series Communications Systems and provides an easy to use cost effective approach to music distribution. The control panel of the radio/cd player displays the frequency of the station currently tuned, FM or AM band, an indication if the broadcast is stereo and the preset station number. Other front panel controls include volume, balance, tone and automatic seek and scan. The tuning range of the AM section of the radio is 530 through 1,720 kHz. The FM section has a frequency range of 87.5 to 107.9 MHz. When operating the CD player, functions such as track selection, play, pause shuffle etc. are all accessible from the front panel controls. A high performance 3-inch monitor speaker allows the audio source to be reviewed before it is distributed throughout the system. A 10-segment LED bar display is located on the front panel for visually monitoring system volume levels. Also, integrated into the assembly is a pair of RCA female connectors for an auxiliary stereo audio input. The wireless remote control allows access to all of the basic functions of the 5120-9189. An F-type connector and cable is available for connection to an AM/FM antenna provided separately. The 5120-9189 can mount in any standard 19-inch rack and requires 5.25 inches (3 RU) of vertical rack space. The unit is finished in a stylish black textured finish that resists smudging.
