Fig 4. Provided connector Terminal installed into seal Seal Fig 1. Locking tabs Stock power connector 1. Remove the stock or after market headlight. 2. Locate the stock white three pin connector used to power the stock computer. Note: This is only found on models manufactured with a harness for use with a factory computer. 3. Using diagonal cutters, carefully apply pressure to the exterior of the white connector housing. Gently break away the connector exposing the two pins (Fig 2.), making sure not to damage the insulation or terminals! CONNECTOR REMOVED: Fig 5. Locking Tab exposed 1. Install the provided two pin connector by pushing the yellow/red & brown leads through the back of the blue seal (Fig 4.) and into the white connector. Make sure to line up the “Top side of terminal”(Fig.4) with the locking tabs(Fig 5.) Note: When installed properly you will hear a slight clicking noise, indicating the connector has successfully locked into place. If the terminal does not click you may have the terminal installed upside down. 2. After installing the new 2-pin connector plug the connector into the Vapor/Vector head unit.
