Hard disk installation
Installation for indoor monitor
Only for 2.5 inches hard disk with 9-10mm thickness. Installation steps: 1.Cut off the power . According to the indication of the symbol ( ) on the top of the indoor monitor, toggle the switch button to open the hard disk cover. 2.Insert the hard disk into the indoor monitor correctly (If the thickness of hard disk is less than 9mm, the hard disk may not be read. Try to place the screen of the indoor monitor facing up. Then the indoor monitor tilts 60 degrees. Let the bottom of the hard disk closes to the bottom of the slot and insert. 3.Press the hard disk cover until it is buckled, then the installation is finished.
Installation steps 1. Locate the bracket on the installation place, keep it horizontal and mark the drilling positions 2. Drill holes according to the marked drilling positions and pad with screw anchors 3. Fasten the bracket with the screws properly on the installation place 4. Connect the indoor monitor according to the wiring diagram 5. Mount the indoor monitor properly on the bracket hooks from top to down. (back of the indoor monitor)

Operation for video door phone functions
Wiring diagram
Visitor calls When the indoor monitor is called by the outdoor station, the indoor monitor will ring and display the view from the camera of the outdoor station. If the indoor monitor is called by the guard station, the indoor monitor will only show a bright screen. Press on the indoor monitor, the indicator light will be on and indoor monitor can talk with the outdoor station or the guard station. Press again to end the conversation.

Monitor Press ( POWER for remote control ) to turn on the indoor monitor. The monitor view will be displayed. Press (10+ for remote control) to monitor from 1,4,8,9 split screens. Press numeric key (1-6), , and to monitor and check camera 1-6, two second confirm outdoor stations and unit outdoor station.
OPERATION TIPS When press / on the indoor monitor, DIDI sound from indoor monitor indicates the line is busy. It indicates that ther indoor monitor is talking with the guard station or the wall outdoor station.
Check message from guard station
OPERATION TIPS: 1. Press , to monitor the second confirm monitors. The first press is to turn on the monitor view. Press again to turn off the monitor view. 2. Press numeric key 7 and 8 of the remote control to monitor two second confirm outdoor stations.
The indicator light will flash when the indoor monitor receives message from the guard station. It indicates there is new message to be read. Press for 3 seconds to check the message. Press again to check each message. When reach the last message, press to exit the message checking status.
Call guard station Press and hold for 3 seconds. Hear DI sound from the indoor monitor and indicator light is on with the screen turning bright. The indoor monitor can talk to the guard station. Press to hand up the call. Or without any operation, the call will be hung up automatically in 2 minutes.

During the standby mode, press on indoor monitor, Digital tube displays C. In 4 seconds, press key 1-6 to call their indoor monitors. Press to call all the indoor monitors in the same time. During the talking status, press to transfer the call to the other indoor monitors. NOTICE: Set the slave indoor monitor room number before using this function.

Set room number Power on the indoor monitor, the D1 light is blinking. In 3 seconds, press to set single indoor monitor room number; press to set main indoor monitor room number; press to set slave indoor monitor room number; After pressing the macthing icon, communication light is blinking fast, then enter the room number into the outdoor station or the guard station, and the indoor monitor will ring. Press on the indoor monitor to pick up the call and the communication light is on. Then it means the indoor monitor room number setting is successful. Press to finish the process. NOTICE: Repeat the steps above to change the indoor monitor room number.
Alarm function operation Enter to the setting mode Press for 3 seconds, hear BI sound, and the digital tube displays A indicates that the operation of indoor monitor changes to setting mode. Enter 4-digit password (initial password is 1234). Hear BI sound and indicator light D1 is blinking indicates that it is in the setting mode. Click to exit the setting mode and the indicator light D1 is off. NOTICE: Press Press -9-
for 3 seconds to exit the setting mode directly. to return to the previous page
Change password In the setting mode: Press + , hear " BI " sound, and enter new 4-digit password then press . Hear another " BI" sound indicates the password is changed successfully. Press to return or exit. NOTICE: If forget the password, after reseting the indoor monitor room number, the password will be reset as factory default password:1234.
Internal call number setting In the setting mode Press + + slave indoor monitor number from 1-6 , hear " BI " sound indicates the setting is successful. Press to return or exit.
Turn on/off alarm In the setting mode: Press + < to turn on the alarm. Press alarm. Press to return or exit.

Alarm zone instruction There are eight alarm zones for the indoor monitor. They are: 1) Zones 1-5 are alarm zones. The zones should be set before the alarm is activated. It requires password ( 4-digit from number 1 to 6) to activate and deactivate the alarm zone. Zones 1-2 include SET ALARM DELAY TIME and Alarm DELAY TIME. Zones 3-5 are immediate alarm. 2) Zones 6, 7 and 8 are 24 hours monitor status (If triggered, the alarm is activated immediately ).Zone 6 is for gas. Zone 7 is for fire. Zone 8 is for SOS. 3) When the alarm is triggered, alarm time of indoor monitor is 5 minutes. 4) Press to silence the alarm sound. Press again will turn on the alarm sound. Press for 3 seconds to turn off the alarm sound.
NOTICE (1) Turn on the alarm first, then make the setting of the alarm. Otherwise the zone cannot be set. (2) After the defence alarm is set, and the defence indicator light is flashing. It indicates the defence alarm is in the triggered status.
Cancel alarm Enter correct password to enter the setting mode and dis-alarm. all the indicator light is off. Press Esc to exit the setting status.
NOTICE 1. Zone 1-2 is set and within the setting time (default time is 100 seconds ) all the doors/windows must be closed. Otherwise, alarm of the indoor monitor and guard station will ring. 2. After the doors/windows is open, disarm the zone within the setting time (default setting time is 40 seconds). Otherwise, the indoor monitor and guard station will ring.
Alarm setting In the setting mode: Full alarm: Press + 5, and the indicator lights of 1-5 zone are on. The alarm is set successfully. Set alarm by zone: Press the zone number (1,2,3,4,5) and the indicator light for the zone is on. The alarm is set successfully. Press to return or exit. -11-
Force disarm setting and modification In the setting status,set the force disarm function When the household person is forced to cancel the alarm, the household person can enter the force disarm password. Then the alarm ring of the indoor monitor and the zone will stop, but the guard station alarm ring will continue. Enter the force disarm password: Press + 6, hear BI voice, and enter 4-digit forced disarm password. Press to confirm the enter. Hear BI voice, it indicates the force disarm function is working. Change the force disarm password: Reset the force disarm password. -12-

NOTICE Force disarm password cannot be the same as user password. If the passwords are the same, the password will be invalid.
Alarm delay time setting In the setting mode: Press + 1 for immediate alarm; Press + 2 for alarm starts 40 seconds later; Press + 3 for alarm starts 100 seconds later; Press + 4 for alarm starts 256 seconds later; After the delay time is set, the delay time cannot be changed by powering off or changing the room number. Delay time can only be changed by reset.
Operation Three methods for monitor ( mouse, remote control and keypad of indoor monitor). The basic setting methods are the same. Please follow the steps.

1. Monitor permission login User must login and obtain permission for further setting functions (eg. video record control, playback, backup). in picture 1-3, enter/choose the right user name and password to login.Press ESC to return / exit logout. (NOTICE: Factory default user name and password: admin / null)
It indicates the user name and password has been reset to factory default. 2.Change user permission and password: main menu - system setup - User Management.

OPERATION TIPS 1.If forgot user password, reset to factory default setting. Steps: In the monitor status(no other operation or in setting interface), press and hold the SLOW of the remote control for at least 5 seconds. Then lease the press and press FAST and hold for at least 5 seconds. The interval between the first press and the second press must be within 3 seconds. When hear DI sound, -17-

Automatically Rec : main menu > record setting to set by timing and/or dynamic monitor. Manual Rec: The highest priority level. No matter what status each channel is in, when manual record is executed, all selected channels will start to record. Stop Rec: All channels stop recording.

Steps for playback & backup
4.Playback & Backup In monitor status, press , or choose PLAYBACK & BACKUP from shortcut menu (in picture 1-2) to enter picture 1-7 interface. Press ESC to return or exit.
4.1 Select playback / backup channel(s) In picture 1-8, press to move the cursor to the channel icon. Press / OK to adjust the selected channels.

Channels 5 - 8 selection: 1. Use remote control: After the scrollbar is chosen, press - + to scroll page and choose channels 5 - 8. 2. Use buttons of the indoor monitor: After the scrollbar is chosen, the scrollbar function requires conversion first ( press FN of the indoor monitor for 3 seconds and see the digital tube displaying ). Then, press to scroll page, and press FN to exit the function to select the channels.

OPERATION TIPS

After inserting USB backup equipment, press Device Scan and the system will detect the insert automatically. Choose the equipment and press Backup Start . ( Three methods to choose the equipment: 1 - move the cursor by mouse. 2- press of the remote control. 3- press of the indoor monitor and hold the for 3 seconds to change the function with the displaying. Then press to choose the equipment. Press FN to exit the function.) The system will start to backup the video file automatically. Press ESC to exit the video backup status.

1. During the video playback, press 1-8 keypad of the remote control to zoom In the picture. Press 10+ or to view multi-videos. 2. When selecting backup or playback time, in picture 1-11, the time frame can be chosen directly (Green indicates the file has been stored), then to play or backup the video. Choose the time frame: in picture 1-11, select the time, then press FN to enter the time frame. Press up and down to choose the time and then press confirm. Press ESC to exit the time frame.

Obtain IP address automatically - After ticking this function, the equipment will be assigned IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, DNS server, etc., by the Router automatically (This function requires the Router activates DHCP). Activate UPnp - Optional choice. IP address - Equipment network logical address. Subnet mask - Set according to the actual communication status. Default gateway - Allocate according to the actual connection. (eg. NSR connects to the Router and write the Router address) DNS server - DNS server address . (eg.The DNS server address provided by ISP.) Signaling port - Port for data, default port is 7777. HTTP port - Default port is 80. If change is required, when using IE browser to monitor, add the new port number in the end of the IP address. For example, port number changes to 82. The IP address typed in the IE brower is changed from http://192.168.0.19 to http://192.168.0.19: 82 Cell phone port - network port for cell phone, default port is 5800 -28-

If the product connects to the Router, when using dynamic domain name function, do port mapping in Router before the communication. Details setting please refer to Router instruction.

DDNS service - Dynamic DNS service provider selection. System default DDNS server: SODDNS.COM, TODDNS.COM, DYNDNS.ORG. If users want to use theirs own service provider, choose NOT USED, then enter the Dynamic DNS and user information. DDNS domain - According to the DDNS domain service provider s main domain to fill out the second-level register domain name. User name - Login the domain service provider s website Password - Login the domain service provider s website For example, choose SODDNS.COM domain server. Enter personal custom domain name (not be registered). Choose Binding Domain as picture 2-4. After the domain is set, it will be displayed in the DDNS status and shows the network IP address, etc.

Picture 2-5 CLOUD ID - Use cell phone or PC for P2P connection according to the ID to authenticate . Users can search the equipment CLOUD ID from here. CLOUD ID QR CODE - When users add the equipment to the cell phone or PC port, directly enter the ID number or scan the QR code. QR code for APPLE application - Scan the QR code to download the application for IOS system. QR code for Android application - Scan the QR code to download the application for Android system. -30-
3. System setup 3.1 Time code (picture 2-6)
OPERATION TIPS Time / date adjust: 1. remote control operation: after choose the option, press keypad to enter. 2. Keypad control operation: after choose the option, press / OK and pops up the time control as picture 1-10 and 1-12. Choose time by move up and down and confirm the choice.

Remote control address - use to control multi NSRs with one remote control while the address of the remote control is the same as the code of the machine. Equipment name - equipment alias. Date mode - choose format of date display Time mode - display mode choice, including 24 hours and 12 hours. System date - real-time system date. system time - real-time system time. DST - choose according to the requirement. Network validation - when connect to the public network, time can be adjusted by the network. modify time - confirm system time modification.
Notice: after the time is set, choose setting.

Hard drive is full - when hard drive is full, system will cover the oldest file and keep recording (if choose auto cover) or stop recording ( if choose stop current recording) . Package time - time period to create video file. Time can be set. between 5 - 120 minutes. Recording Rate - total data rate for the current code . Recording time - the recording time of the system installed storage equipment according to the current rate. Formatting - formatting the hard drive. If set this order, all the files in the hard drive will be lost.
2.In the first time to use hard drive, the system will display WHETHER TO FORMAT THE HARD DRIVE as picture 2-8. Press Yes to format the hard drive before used.

OPERATION TIPS 1. If formatting the hard drive, all the recording of the current video must be stopped ( please refer to video control chapter for more details) and choose the hard drive to format. Operation steps: A. Use keypad to control: in picture 2-12, press remote control key to choose hard drive information box, then press of the indoor monitor for 3 seconds with displaying . then press to choose hard drive. Press again to exit. B. Use remote control to control: press remote control key to choose hard drive information box, then press + - to choose.

NSR cell phone application instruction 1.Cell phone application acquisition Android : 1) Via 3G network or other methods to search QMEYE in PLAY SHOP and download it. 2) Scan the QR in the P2P setting of the main menu to download. iOS: 1) Via 3G network or other methods to search QMEYE in APP STORE and download it. 2) Scan the QR in the P2P setting of the main menu to download. 2.Cell phone application functions Via network NSR cell phone application for the following functions:
1) Check real-time monitor video. Support 4 video in the same screen. 2) Snapshot of the video. 3) Local video recording. 4) Playback video recording. 5) PTZ control function (The front end of the machine can be controlled).

3.Cell phone application operation After the cell phone application is installed, find icon and click the icon to open the application interface as picture 3-1 (Android) or picture 3-2 ( iOS).
