VEHICLE WARRANTY
TRIDENT (CMH) SUPER-LINER (CLX) TITAN (CXX) Applicable to New MACK (CMH/ CLX/ CXX) vehicles – delivered to customer after 1st July 2014
COVERAGE Volvo Group Australia (VGA) warrants to the owner of each new Mack truck, it will repair or replace any part of that vehicle which proved defective in materials or workmanship, within the limitations of the warranty booklet provided with the vehicle. This warranty is effective for all new Trident, Super-Liner and Titan models delivered to customers after 1st July 2014. This warranty period will commence from the warranty start date of the vehicle.

CAB CORROSION WARRANTY
TOWING AND ROADSIDE ASSIST
Mack Cab Corrosion Warranty is thirty six (36) months unlimited kilometres from the warranty start date. This warranty is conditional on an annual inspection being carried out by an authorised Mack Dealer or their nominated agent. For further information always refer to the Mack Warranty Booklet.
Towing and roadside assistance charges will be covered for twelve (12) months, unlimited kilometres, 13-24 months driveline coverage. For further information always refer to the Mack Warranty Booklet.
PARTS WARRANTY VGA warrants to the customer that genuine Mack replacement parts and Mack approved parts (other than those referred to in the warranty booklet) are free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months, unlimited kilometres from the purchase date. The guarantee implies that VGA will undertake to repair or replace, free of charge, any part or parts acknowledged by VGA or their nominated agent to be defective in material and / or workmanship. When the part is purchased and installed by a Mack Dealer or their nominated agent, the above warranty applies as well as a reasonable labour cost and any consequential damage that may have occurred / involved in the repair / replacement of the part or accessory, provided of course, the failure occurs within the above warranty parameters and repairs are carried out by a Mack Dealer or their nominated agent.
TYRES Tyres fitted to your Mack Truck are warranted by the tyre manufacturer. For details contact your local tyre manufacturer’s agents.
WHEEL ALIGNMENT A wheel alignment is carried out as part of the pre-delivery process to ensure the best tyre wear and drivability is achieved and is not covered by this warranty. Refer to your selling Mack Dealer or their nominated agent.
NON PROPRIETARY PARTS Warranty of non Mack proprietary components is covered by the respective third party supplier and may incur an additional premium.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED Warranty does not cover any non-approved parts or body equipment that may be fitted. Normal maintenance is not regarded as warranty. Adjustments, wear and tear, normal noise and vibrations, damage resulting from accident. Environmental conditions and/or failure to follow instructions as outlined in the Mack Warranty Booklet.

Please contact your Mack Dealer for details. » Applies up to 170 tonne GCM; GCM applications over 170 tonne will require prior approval from VGA.
» Mid-life maintenance requires mandatory components to be replaced at customer charge. At each scheduled maintenance interval (based on months / kms / hours / fuel, whichever occurs first), perform all maintenance repairs which are due for scheduled maintenance. » If mid-life scheduled maintenance is not completed, and any subsequent failure is caused by a mandatory replacement component, warranty is void.
