1/2-13 Jam Nut
Attach Casters to Base Use the Jam Nut to insure a level and stable base. Tighten with 3/4”Wrench.

NOTE: The Casters with Locks are installed in the front of the Base.

20mm Furniture Bolt
Attach Upright Extension to Base Attach Upright Extension using four 20mm Furniture Bolts. Tighten with 4mm Allen Wrench. NOTE: Lock Casters to keep cart from moving during the rest of the assembly.

Assembly Step-by-Step Dual LFC Fusion Cart DCPU Holder Configurations There are three possible configurations. NOTE: L pieces are shown in two colors to help you differenciate their placement.
Short Side Setup: CPU width is 1.3” to 4”
Long Side Setup: CPU width is 4” to 6”
Longest Side Setup: CPU width is 6” to 11.250”

Attach CPU Bracket to the required L Panel. Use (4) 20mm Furniture Bolts

Secure Second L Panel. Use (4)10-32 x 3/8 Carrige Bolts, (4) 10/32 Thumb Nuts and (4) 12 SS Washers.

3/8 1/6 x 1” Socket Head Bolt
Attach CPU Holder At the desired Height. Use (4) 3/8 1/6 x 1” Socket Head Bolts.

Velcro Pads
Attach Velcro Pads to both your CPU and CPU Holder. Once in place, adjust Holder and tighten Thumb Nuts to keep CPU secure.

Attach Push Handle Slide Upright Extension up and tighten Pull Pin. Slide Push Handle onto Upright Extension and tighten T-Knob.

Assemble Keyboard Surface. Lay Keyboard Surface Upside Down and attach Keyboard Arm.

Utility / Printer Bracket Attach the Utility / Printer Bracket to Cart at the desired height using (1) Clamp Bracket and (2) 3/8-16 x 1” Socket Head Bolts.
