The Nucleus maintains a master copy of all critical settings in the system that enables the entire system to work together virtually as a single entity. Each NVR, DVR and workstation maintains a current copy of the Nucleus configuration settings, so that in the event there is a failure, the system will continue to operate without disruption. Video Walls Remote Monitoring Station The Virtual Matrix Display Controller (VMDC) provides a scalable matrix control solution. The VMDC is comprised of both a matrix command/control center software interface and a hardware decoding component that enables the remote network video streams to be displayed on multiple monitors in multiple locations. There is no requirement for the installer to program any IP addresses. Live and recorded video footage is displayed via an attached 1080P HD monitor and manipulated through the HD Express on-screen GUI. The local display is real-time regardless of the number of HD cameras. Easy programming of cameras Cameras can be programmed through the HD Express NVR user interface eliminating the need to individually configure each camera through the camera’s web browser.
