The AAC-LD and HWA-LD audio protocols use a sampling rate of 48 kHz. In this case, users can hear all the sounds with a frequency lower than 22 kHz and conferences are presented vividly. By using the dual-audio-channel technology and working with the Huawei ViewPoint M210 microphone array, the ViewPoint 9039S provides an excellent all-round audio quality to let you feel the breath and heartbeat of another participant. In addition, the ViewPoint 9039S provides high-fidelity stereo audio with a sound hack effect to enhance the lifelike reality of a conference. By using the automatic echo cancellation (AEC), automatic gain control (AGC), and automatic noise suppression (ANS) technologies, the ViewPoint 9039S provides users with clear full-duplex digital audio. The ViewPoint 9039S supports the multi-channel audio mixing function. Different channels of audio data are mixed to one channel for the transmission to a remote site. In addition, the volume of each audio input or output channel can be adjusted separately. Users can adjust both the input gain of each audio input and the volume of the each audio output.
2.4 Superb HD Dual-Stream Technology 2.4.1 Standard H.239 HD Dual-Stream The ViewPoint 9039S supports the standard H.239 protocol. Therefore, it can transmit two independent channels of video streams. After the Video Graphics Array (VGA) output interface on a computer is connected to the ViewPoint 9039S, both the conference video and the content displayed on the computer, such as a slide, a Word document, a flash, or an HD picture, can be transmitted to a remote site simultaneously, thus meeting the requirements of different conference scenarios, such as training or medical consultation. The ViewPoint 9039S supports a computer resolution of up to 1280 ×1024 pixels, which is the highest H.239 Content resolution in the industry. In this case, the characters of 6.5 points in a Word document can be displayed clearly.
2.4.2 Powerful 720p Dynamic Dual Stream By using the powerful hardware platform of the ViewPoint 9039S, two channels of 720p videos can be encoded and decoded. The H.239 Content can be used to display the video of a Blu-ray Digital Video Disc (DVD) or an HD film played on a computer. Both video and desktop contents can be dynamically displayed with a frame rate of 30 fps. Thus, the requirement of displaying dynamic dual stream can be met.
2.4.3 Innovative Technology of Dynamic Adjustment of Streams The ViewPoint 9039S supports dynamic adjustment of streams. When two channels of streams are transmitted, users can adjust the bandwidth of each channel based on the maximum bandwidth and the required bandwidth. In addition, users can also dynamically close or open a channel of streams during a conference. When the transmission of the H.239 Content stops, the bandwidth used for transmitting the H.239 Content is automatically applied to the main stream, thus providing the video with a higher bit rate. After the transmission of the H.239 Content starts again, the bandwidth of the H.239 Content is recovered automatically. 2011-12-06

2.10.3 Intelligent Rate Control The ViewPoint 9039S supports the E1 intelligent rate control (IRC) technology. During a conference, multiple E1 lines are used. If one E1 line is disconnected and if there is no backup line, the ViewPoint 9039S automatically enables the function of reducing the transmission rate, thus ensuring the video quality. By using a powerful line detection mechanism, after the recovery of the faulty line is detected, the ViewPoint 9039S intelligently restores the line bandwidth. In addition, the ViewPoint 9039S supports the function of reducing the transmission rate on an IP network. In other words, when the packet loss on a network reaches a serious level, the transmission rate of streams is reduced to a proper range by using certain technologies and policies, thus adapting to actual network conditions. When network conditions get better, the transmission rate is increased automatically and the actual network bandwidth is recovered. Thus, network resources are used to the maximum to achieve the best audio-visual quality.
2.10.4 Complete Firewall and NAT Traversal Function The ViewPoint 9039S provides the static network address translation (NAT) function. In the case of a few of terminals within a firewall, they can traverse the firewall or a NAT device by configuring one-to-one mapping relations for public and private networks on the firewall. In this case, each terminal needs to be allocated with a public-network address. By working along with the central-office-end devices provided by Huawei, such as a gatekeeper (GK) and an MCU, terminals can traverse the firewall or the NAT device without any assistance of an external device or public network addresses. The traversal is implemented through the Super Network Passport (SNP) that is a proprietary technology of Huawei. Thus, service intercommunications between private and public network are implemented. Huawei is the first corporation that implements the firewall and NAT traversal in the industry. 2011-12-06

Focusing on video operation, Huawei innovatively adds the password authentication to the terminal registration process. In addition, the entire registration process uses the H.235 signaling encryption method to guarantee the security of GK authentication. Thus, the ViewPoint 9039S provides a powerful security solution to the operation of videoconferencing services.
2.11.3 Security of SiteCall The SiteCall is a service implementation method strongly recommended by Huawei. To guarantee the security of a user account, the SiteCall solution provides the function of authenticating the password and user name of an account. Services can be used only after a user passes the authentication.
2.11.4 Security of Conference Control The ViewPoint 9039S provides powerful conference control functions. To ensure that a conference is held smoothly and that the conference control right cannot be changed at will, the ViewPoint 9039S provides a conference control password so that the chair site can control the conference.
2.11.5 Security of Configuration Data The ViewPoint 9039S provides the function for ensuring the security of data configuration. Each ViewPoint 9038S is assigned with a data configuration password to avoid the disclosure and unauthorized change of user information. Especially when the ViewPoint 9039S is for public use, this function can protect the configuration data from unauthorized change.
2.11.6 Security of Remote Control and Maintenance The ViewPoint 9039S provides remote maintenance function through Telnet and the Web server. Each service is assigned with a user name and a password. In this case, users can enjoy the benefits of these remote maintenance functions and avoid the security problems caused by remote maintenance.
