Directional or current measurement fault tester
Directional or current measurement fault tester The VISION fault generator is compatible with the various models of directional or current measurement fault detectors available on the French market. It comes in a light alloy case that you can easily take with you when working on other sites. The tester operates for more than 15 hours on one battery charge and therefore doesn’t need to be charged every day. The accessories supplied allow connection to all equipment currently being used. Technical characteristics
Mains power supply 230 V single phase 50 Hz. Endurance 15 hours on Nicad battery, charges in 15 hours.
Operation
A switch enables Ensto Novexia equipment (Auguste, ITI, SD 2000, Lynx & M2S unit), and that of other manufacturers, to be tested. • Directional fault generator, manual test in directional, cycle time 10 s, 40 s or 70 s, ADA test on directional. • Current measurement fault generator, manual test in current generator, ADA test on current measurement. PPACS test (switched on, MV on the sockets). Core test (MV load > 5 A).
Composition of supply
• A light alloy carrying case that protects the VISION fault generator. Accessories supplied: • Connecting cable for fault (current and voltage) injection. • Mains power cable. • Cable for direct connection to the PPACS. • LV supply cutoff cable, for ADA operation. • Set of connectors compatible with the various fault detectors. • Cable for direct connection to the cores.
