CAUSE
MEASUREMENT
1. POWER DOES NOT SUPPLY.
1. CHECK INPUT VOLTAGE ON MAGNETIC CONTACTOR. (3PHASE, 220V,380V,440V)
2. POWER S/W IS BAD
2. CHECK POWER S/W, IF NOT GOOD, REPLACE IT WITH GOOD.
3. CONTROL FUSE(F1) IS BROKEN DOWN 4. AUXILIARY TRANSFORMER IS BAD
3. REPLACE FUSE (250V, 5A)
5. WHEN COOLING FAN DELAY IS ADOPTED 6. POWER LAMP, FAN MOTOR IS BAD
5.FAN WORKS ON WELDING AFTER POWER "ON" 6. CHECK VOLTAGE BETWEEN CONNECTOR OF FAN MOTOR LINE(NO.6 & NO.63), 220VAC 1. CHECK SPECIFICATION(ON NAME PLATE)
4. CHECK PRIMARY & SECOND VOLTAGE OF AUX.TR. SECOND VOLTAGE(BETWEEN NO.3 & NO.4) SHOULD OUTPUT 220V. REPLACE IF NOTHING OR LESS THAN 220V.
1. SUPPLIED VOLTAGE & RATED INPUT VOLTAGE IS NOT THE SAME 2. COOLING FAN DOES NOT 2. CHECK BETWEEN MOTOR & WORK. FAN(REMOVE OBSTRUCTION) 3. MAGNETIC SWITCH IS BAD 3. THE DIFFERENCE OF EACH RESULTS SHOULD BE MINIMUM(≤1V). IF NOT SO, REPLACE IT 5. SCR IS BAD. 5. REPLACE SCR WHEN GAS S/W IS 1. NO GAS IN BOMBE 1. FILL UP GAS 'ON', GAS IS NOT OUT 2.
