Product Information – VMX Web Access
HTTP-based Client Connection Teleste VMX is a modular system for IP video applications including video management, streaming, recording and storage.
VMX Web Access is a client application enabling http access to Teleste VMX system. The application provides the operator an interface to control system devices, components and resources. Web Server provides connectivity for Web Client whereas Reflector module transcodes the system streams to a browser or PDA compatible format.
The user interface consists of a 3-window layout. The first window displays the dynamically expandable tree of cameras and presets, which is used for creating the video connection to be displayed in the second window. The second window consists of video displays. The third window includes a camera position control widget (graphical joystick),
zoom control widget, and buttons to create, select, and delete presets for selected camera. Standard VMX Web Access is delivered in a 1U rack server. High availability is secured by a redundant power supply.
