VOR/LOC/GS ANTENNA 6243-83-00/108-118 MHz & 328-336 MHz
Product Features The passive VOR/LOC/GS antenna P/N 6243-83-00 is designed for use
VOR/LOC/GS ANTENNA 6243-83-00:
on fixed-wings and helicopters.
Frequency range: VOR/LOC: 108-118 MHz Glide Slope: 328-336 MHz
This antenna set includes two radiating elements embedded into blade radomes (6244-44), and a dual BNC output coupler (5046-89)
Nominal impedance: 50 Ohms VSWR: ≤ 5
providing separate RF cables for NAV 1 and NAV 2 receivers.
Typical VSWR curve:
It provides Glide Slope reception capability and is aerodynamicallydesigned to reduce size and drag. The two blade radomes feature antistatic paint to minimize static peak. Leading-edge protection guards against erosion, and a strip diverter shields against direct lightning.
