It’s So Smart It Won’t Let You Make A Mistake
Here are some Voyager demonstrations that are sure to impress your customer!
Trimming Demo
AutoLam Demos
Be sure to demo this first before you laminate to prevent having to wait for the machine to cool down
Core Steps
• Turn the laminator on • Select OPEN in the start-up menu using the navigating buttons and confirm your selection with the OK button Note: If the machine has been laminating it might need to cool down. (This can take up to 30 minutes) • When the laminator is ready to open a picture of the laminator open will display on the LCD screen and the laminator will beep
• Turn the laminator on • Select the standby button on the control panel to turn the LCD screen on • The laminator will automatically start in AutoLam mode and begin warm-up if no other selection is chosen within 5 seconds • When the laminator beeps and the LED turns green it’s ready, there are no settings to choose The laminator will automatically adapt to your pouch and document • Place the pouch into the laminator. Be sure the sealed edge is inserted first
LAminating different micron thicknesses without waiting for the machine to heat-up or cool down • Complete CORE steps first then.... • Laminate different size pouches from 80 microns to 250 microns to demonstrate how AutoLam adapts to the pouch and doesn’t require the machine to heat-up or cool-down • Be sure the sealed edge is inserted in first
• Move the lever on each side of the machine backwards to open the cover
Laminating items of different thickness in one Pouch
• Open the cover with both hands
• Place a document into a pouch and then place a business card on top of it to show how the Voyager can laminate different document thicknesses in the same pouch
• Pull the cam levers forward to release the internal mechanism and lift up
• Be sure the sealed edge is inserted in first
• To clean residue off the laminator use Fellowes Laminator wipes • When closing the laminator please remember to re-secure the mechanism with the cam levers before closing the cover
